Claims (15)
- 50〜98.9重量パーセント(wt%)の(A)エチレン系(コ)ポリマー;1〜20.0wt%の(B)スチレン単位含有コポリマー;および0.1〜10wt%の(C)ポリオルガノシロキサンを含むポリエチレン組成物。
- 50.0〜98.9wt%の前記(A)エチレン系(コ)ポリマー;1.0〜15.4wt%の前記(B)スチレン単位含有コポリマー;および0.1〜1.5wt%未満の前記(C)ポリオルガノシロキサンを含む、請求項1に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 前記(B)スチレンコポリマーおよび(C)ポリオルガノシロキサンの総量が、前記ポリエチレン組成物の1.1〜16wt%である、請求項1または2に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 制限(i)〜(iii):(i)前記ポリエチレン組成物は、2〜40の前記(C)ポリオルガノシロキサンに対する前記(B)スチレン単位含有コポリマーの重量/重量比を有する;(ii)前記(B)スチレン単位含有コポリマーは、直鎖ポリスチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−ポリスチレントリブロックコポリマーである;(iii)(i)と(ii)の両方のいずれか1つを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 0.05〜2wt%の(D)酸化防止剤、および98.85wt%以下の前記(A)エチレン系(コ)ポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 0.1〜3wt%の(E)有機過酸化物、およびそれぞれ98.80wt%または98.75wt%以下の前記(A)エチレン系(コ)ポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1〜4または請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 硬化剤を含まない、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- (F)スコーチ抑制剤;(G)アルケニル官能性補助剤;(H)核形成剤;(I)加工助剤;(J)エキステンダー油;(K)カーボンブラック;(L)ナノ粒子;(M)安定剤から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- ASTM D6097を使用した水トリー成長試験法に従って測定した場合に、14%未満の水トリー長(WTL)の増加を特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 散逸率試験法に従って測定した場合に、0.35%未満の散逸率を特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物を作製する方法であって、前記(B)スチレン単位含有コポリマーおよび(C)ポリオルガノシロキサンを前記(A)エチレン系(コ)ポリマーの溶融物に混合して、成分(A)、(B)、および(C)を含む溶融ブレンドとして前記ポリエチレン組成物を得ることを含む方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物を硬化させた生成物である、架橋ポリエチレン生成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物、請求項11に記載の方法により作製されたポリエチレン組成物、または請求項12に記載の架橋ポリエチレン生成物の成形形態を含む製造物品。
- 導電性コアと、前記導電性コアを少なくとも部分的に被覆する絶縁層とを含む絶縁導電体であって、前記絶縁層の少なくとも一部は、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレン組成物、請求項11に記載の方法により作製されたポリエチレン組成物、または請求項12に記載の架橋ポリエチレン生成物を含む絶縁導電体。
- 電気を伝導する方法であって、請求項14に記載の絶縁導電体の前記導電性コア全体に電圧を印加して、前記導電性コアを通る電気の流れを発生させることを含む方法。
