Claims (10)
- 2以上のセラミック層が積層されて構成され、少なくとも1つのガス導入口と、少なくとも1つの内部空所を有する積層体と、
前記積層体に形成され、前記内部空所から酸素を排出するための外側電極と、
前記積層体に前記外側電極を覆うように形成され、前記セラミック層と前記外側電極との間に、外部空間につながるスリット部が介在している、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項1記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記内部空所は、該内部空所から酸素を排出するための内側電極を有し、
前記ガス導入口から前記内側電極に到達するまでの拡散抵抗をR1、前記スリット部から前記外側電極に到達するまでの拡散抵抗をR2としたとき、前記拡散抵抗R2は、前記拡散抵抗R1の0倍より大きく、1.2倍以下である、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記拡散抵抗R2は、前記拡散抵抗R1より小さい、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項2記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記拡散抵抗R2は、前記拡散抵抗R1の0倍より大きく、0.5倍以下である、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記スリット部のうち、前記外側電極以外の領域が空間、もしくは多孔質材で埋められている、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記外側電極の天井に孔が形成されている、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記スリット部のうち、前記外側電極の上面と前記スリット部の天井との間に第1隙間が形成され、前記第1隙間は、5〜50μmの範囲である、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記スリット部のうち、前記外側電極の前端と前記スリット部との間、前記外側電極の後端と前記スリット部との間の少なくとも一方に第2隙間が形成され、前記第2隙間は、5〜500μmの範囲である、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記スリット部は、少なくとも2つのスリット口を有し、各前記スリット口の面積の合計は、前記ガス導入口の面積よりも大きい、ガスセンサ。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記スリット部は、少なくとも2つのスリット口を有し、各前記スリット口から前記外側電極までの最短距離の合計は、前記ガス導入口から前記内部空所の先端までの最短距離より短い、ガスセンサ。
