Abstract
Description
最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
本開示の配線部材の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本開示はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
以下、実施形態1にかかる配線部材について説明する。図1は実施形態1にかかる配線部材10を示す概略平面図である。図2は図1の部分拡大図である。図3は図2のIII−III線に沿って切断した断面図である。図2及び図3において仮想線によって示される部分は固定部FPである。
以上のように構成された配線部材10によると、交差部40AB、40ACにおいて線状伝送部材30B、30Cよりも剛性の高い線状伝送部材30Aがシート20側に位置する。このため、線状伝送部材30Aは交差部40AB、40ACを含む区間において連続的にシート20に固定されたり、小さい固定間隔でシート20と固定されたりすることができる。これにより、交差部40AB、40ACを含む区間において線状伝送部材30Aがシート20からより外れにくくなる。ここでは電源線、グランド線である線状伝送部材30Aがシート20からより外れにくくなる。
図4は配線部材10の変形例を示す断面図である。図4に示す配線部材110において線状伝送部材130Aはシールド線である。線状伝送部材130Aは伝送線本体31と第1の被覆層32aとシールド層33と第2の被覆層32bとを備える。伝送線本体31と第1の被覆層32aとシールド層33と第2の被覆層32bとは内側から外側に向けてこの順で積層している。伝送線本体31及び第1の被覆層32aは配線部材10における伝送線本体31及び被覆層32と同様の構成を採用できる。シールド層33は、特に限定されるものではない。例えば、シールド層33は導体箔であってもよい。導体箔は螺旋巻きされていてもよいし、縦添えされていてもよい。また例えばシールド層33は、編組線であってもよい。編組線は筒状に形成されていてもよい。線状伝送部材130Aにおいて第2の被覆層32bが最外層とされる。第2の被覆層32bが融着層と融着される場合、第2の被覆層32bは融着層と融着可能な材料であると良い。

- シートと、
前記シートに固定された第1線状伝送部材と、
前記第1線状伝送部材よりも剛性が低く、前記シートに固定された第2線状伝送部材と、
を備え、
前記第1線状伝送部材と前記第2線状伝送部材との交差部が前記シート上に設けられ、
前記交差部において前記第1線状伝送部材が前記第2線状伝送部材よりも前記シート側に位置する、配線部材。 - 請求項1に記載の配線部材であって、
前記第1線状伝送部材は、電源線、グランド線、シールド線及び多心線のいずれかであり、前記第2線状伝送部材は単心の信号線である、配線部材。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の配線部材であって、
前記第2線状伝送部材が複数並行している並行経路部において前記第1線状伝送部材が複数の前記第2線状伝送部材と交差している、配線部材。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の配線部材であって、
前記第1線状伝送部材及び前記第2線状伝送部材それぞれの被覆層が前記シートに融着されている、配線部材。
