Abstract
Description
(1)プレポリマーの調製
ポリエステル(エーテル)ポリオール15〜25wt%を真空脱水し、攪拌機、温度計、及び冷却管を有する反応器に仕込み、油浴で反応器を加熱し、油浴温度が70〜80℃に達した際に、脂肪族ジイソシアネート5〜12wt%を反応器に加え、合成反応した。
(2)プレポリマーの希釈と鎖延長
プレポリマーを2〜3時間反応させた後、更に粘度を低減するようにアクリレートモノマー10〜30wt%を加えて希釈して、温度をNCO化学量論比(NCO/OH)が1.1〜2.3になるまで85〜90℃に維持し、更にエチルジアミノエタンスルホン酸ナトリウム(AAS)1.5〜3.0wt%を加え、25〜40分間反応を続けた。
(3)水分散
ステップ(2)の反応で得られたポリマーを室温まで降温し、回転数500rpmの高速せん断力を加えながら、脱イオン水35〜55wt%を加え、更にエチレンジアミン0.1〜0.5wt%を加え、約30分間鎖延長反応し、溶剤を含まないスルホネート型水溶性ポリウレタン分散液を調製した。
(4)アクリレート合成
ステップ(3)のスルホネート型水溶性ポリウレタン分散液に対して、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SLS)乳化剤0.3〜1.0wt%を加えて混合して乳化液に形成し、50〜70℃に昇温した後、過硫酸アンモニウム水溶液(APS)開始剤0.01〜0.10wt%を滴下して、アクリレートを重合し、そして75〜85℃に昇温し、同温度で1〜3時間維持し、50〜70℃に降温した後、還元剤0.01〜0.08wt%を加え、上記アクリレートでグラフト変性されたポリウレタン樹脂を調製した。

Claims (10)
- ポリエステルフィルムに表面塗布層を形成する表面塗布液組成物であって、前記表面塗布液組成物は樹脂組成物5wt%〜20wt%及び無機粒子分散液0.15wt%〜5wt%を含み、
前記樹脂組成物は、ポリエステル樹脂0.01wt%〜10wt%、アクリレートでグラフト変性されたポリウレタン樹脂2wt%〜19wt%及び架橋剤0.5wt%〜10wt%を含み、
前記無機粒子分散液は、複数の第一の無機充填粒子及び複数の第二の無機充填粒子を含み、前記第一の無機充填粒子の平均粒径は前記第二の無機充填粒子の平均粒径よりも大きく、

- 前記第一の無機充填粒子及び前記第二の無機充填粒子のそれぞれは、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、ジルコニア、アルミナ、水酸化アルミニウム、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム又は硫酸バリウムの粒子である、請求項1に記載の表面塗布液組成物。
- 前記架橋剤はメラミン樹脂、変性されたメラミン樹脂、カルボジイミド系架橋剤及びオキサゾリン系架橋剤から選ばれた少なくとも一種である、請求項1に記載の表面塗布液組成物。

- 前記第一の無機充填粒子及び前記第二の無機充填粒子の表面はエポキシシランで修飾されており、前記エポキシシランは2−(3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシルエチル)トリメトキシシラン、(3−グリシドキシプロピル)トリメトキシシラン、(3−グリシドキシプロピル)メチルジエトキシシラン及び3−グリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシランから選ばれた少なくとも一種である、請求項7に記載のポリエステルフィルム構造。
- JIS K7705に準拠して測定された前記表面塗布層の可視光透過率は少なくとも90%であり、ヘイズ度は0.8%未満である、請求項8に記載のポリエステルフィルム構造。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルムの厚さは12μm〜300μmであり、前記表面塗布層の厚さは30nm〜150nmである、請求項6に記載のポリエステルフィルム構造。
