Abstract
【解決手段】 ステータは、ステータコアと、前記ステータコアに装着されたインシュレータと、前記インシュレータを介して前記ステータコアに巻回された巻線と、前記インシュレータに設けられた、前記巻線と電気的に接続された巻線接続部及びターミナルと、樹脂層と、を備える。前記樹脂層は、前記巻線と前記インシュレータと前記巻線接続部とを覆う。

Claims (4)
- ティースを備えたステータコアと、
前記ステータコアに装着されたインシュレータと、
前記インシュレータを介して前記ティースに巻回された巻線と、
前記インシュレータと一体に形成され、径方向に延在する端子ピン基台部と、
前記端子ピン基台部に配置され、前記巻線の端部が接続された端子ピンと
を備え、
前記ステータコアの表面全体には表面処理層が形成され、
モールド樹脂によって前記巻線と前記インシュレータと前記端子ピンとを覆う樹脂層が形成され、前記巻線と前記インシュレータと前記端子ピンとが前記樹脂層の中に封止されている、レゾルバ。 - 前記ステータコアの表面全体に形成される表面処理層は、めっき、電着塗装、粉体塗装から選択された方法で形成されている、請求項1に記載のレゾルバ。
- 前記ステータコアの表面に形成される前記表面処理層は塗布した接着剤で形成された樹脂により構成されている、請求項1に記載のレゾルバ。
- 前記ステータコアは、薄板状のコアを複数枚積層した構造を有し、
前記樹脂が前記薄板状のコアとコアの隙間に浸透している、請求項3に記載のレゾルバ。
