Claims (7)
- 二つの電極貫通孔が設けられたカバープレート本体を含み、正極圧板及び負極圧板はそれぞれカバープレート本体の上面に絶縁されて連結され、下部絶縁パッドはカバープレート本体の下部に連結され、下部絶縁パッドの下部に位置する正極連結シート及び負極連結シートは各自に対応する電極貫通穴に挿入されてそれぞれ正極圧板及び負極圧板に電気的に接触する高容量のリチウム電池カバープレートであって、
前記電極貫通孔(2)は、上部フランジ(8)を備えた段差貫通穴であり、正極圧板(3)及び負極圧板(4)は、各自の電極貫通穴(2)に配置され且つシールワッシャー(9)を備え、正極圧板(3)及び負極圧板(4)の外周には、両方ともそれぞれ絶縁リング(10)がスリーブされ、電極貫通孔(2)の上部フランジ(8)は内側へ反転して絶縁リング(10)を圧接することにより、溶接なしの電極シール構造を形成する、ことを特徴とする高容量のリチウム電池カバープレート。 - シールワッシャー(9)と接触してシーリングされる箇所の正極圧板(3)又は負極圧板(4)の下端面には波形へこみ(11)が設けられ、シールワッシャー(9)と接触してシーリングされる箇所の電極貫通穴(2)の表面にも波形へこみ(11)が設けられ、シール補強構造を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高容量のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- カバープレート本体(1)の下表面には、複数のフックフット(12)が設けられ、下部絶縁パッド(5)はフックフット(12)を介してカバープレート本体(1)に連結されて密着し、下部絶縁パッド(5)の下表面には、2セットのバックルフット(13)が設けられ、正極連結シート(6)及び負極連結シート(7)は、対応するバックルフット(13)を介して下部絶縁パッド(5)の下部に連結する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高容量のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- カバープレート本体(1)の上部及び電極貫通孔(2)の上部フランジ(8)の外周にクランピング装飾リング(14)が覆われている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高容量のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- カバープレート本体(1)の上部及び電極貫通孔(2)の上部フランジ(8)の外周にクランピング装飾リング(14)が覆われている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高容量のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- カバープレート本体(1)の中央には、さらに防爆機構(15)が設けられ、下部絶縁パッド(5)の中央に対応する位置には複数の通気孔(16)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高容量のリチウム電池カバープレート。
- カバープレート本体(1)の中央には、さらに防爆機構(15)が設けられ、下部絶縁パッド(5)の中央に対応する位置には複数の通気孔(16)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高容量のリチウム電池カバープレート。
