Abstract
一种全极耳高容量锂电池盖板,盖板主体设有二个带有上凸缘的电极通孔,垫有密封垫圈的正、负极压板分别置于各自的电极通孔中,并且正、负极压板都套有绝缘圈,电极通孔的上凸缘内翻压触绝缘圈形成无焊接绝缘密封结构,正、负极压板的下方都一体设有直立引脚形成全极耳构造,并且正极压板和负极压板的外周壁是多齿形、绝缘圈的内、外周壁都是多齿形、电极通孔的上凸缘的内周壁也是相应的多齿形,相互配合形成止转结构。本发明的结构合理,采用多齿形的止转配合结构的可靠性高,受到较大转动扭矩时也能够保证不被扭动,大大提高了锂电池的使用安全性。正、负极压板和直立引脚是一体连接,可以进一步提高抗扭强度,改善内阻稳定性。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种锂电池配件,特别是锂电池的盖板。
背景技术:高容量锂电池的壳体空间需要尽量有效利用,相应配套的盖板可以将电极压板、密封垫圈、绝缘圈等电极组件设计装配在盖板上面,减少占用下方的壳体空间。由于锂电池经常需要联接成组使用,实际中电极压板可能受到较大转动扭矩,目前的电极组件装配结构止转性能不理想,电极压板可能被扭动,影响锂电池的安全可靠性。特别是,全极耳盖板的电极压板下方还连接有直立引脚,如果扭动更加容易影响电池的内部。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构合理,止转可靠的全极耳高容量锂电池盖板。
本发明包括连接有下绝缘垫的盖板主体,盖板主体设有二个带有上凸缘的电极通孔,垫有密封垫圈的正极压板和负极压板分别置于各自的电极通孔中,并且正、负极压板都套有绝缘圈,电极通孔的上凸缘内翻压触绝缘圈形成无焊接绝缘密封结构,正极压板和负极压板的下方都一体设有直立引脚形成全极耳构造,并且正极压板和负极压板的外周壁是多齿形、绝缘圈的内、外周壁都是多齿形、电极通孔的上凸缘的内周壁也是相应的多齿形,相互配合形成止转结构。
根据需要,正极压板和负极压板的下方一体设有的直立引脚数目可以是单个或若干个。
本发明的结构合理,正、负极压板、绝缘圈和电极通孔的上凸缘互相都采用多齿形配合,止转配合结构的可靠性高,受到较大转动扭矩时也能够保证不被扭动,大大提高了锂电池的使用安全性。正、负极压板和直立引脚是一体连接,可以进一步提高抗扭强度,改善内阻稳定性。并且,利用电极通孔的上凸缘内翻将绝缘圈、电极压板和密封垫圈等紧压在盖板主体中密封配合,无需任何焊接,不仅简化装配工艺,密封配合结构的变形缩放量也很小,不会有破裂漏液风险,安全可靠性更高。

具体实施方式:如图1至图8所示,盖板主体1下面连接有下绝缘垫2,盖板主体1设有二个带有上凸缘4的电极通孔3,垫有密封垫圈7的正极压板5和负极压板6分别置于各自的电极通孔3中,并且正极压板5和负极压板6都套有绝缘圈8,电极通孔3的上凸缘4内翻压触绝缘圈8形成无焊接绝缘密封结构。正极压板5和负极压板6的下方都一体设有直立引脚9形成全极耳构造,并且正极压板5和负极压板6的外周壁是多齿形、绝缘圈8的内、外周壁都是多齿形、电极通孔3的上凸缘4的内周壁也是相应的多齿形,相互配合形成止转结构。
采用多齿形相互配合的止转性能非常突出,在锂电池的连接使用过程中可以保证几乎纹丝不动。当然,在需要时,正极压板5、负极压板6、绝缘圈8等也可设为多边形等非圆形状进行配合,但是止转性能无法等同于多齿形配合。
正极压板5和负极压板6的下方都一体设有直立引脚9形成全极耳构造,电流无需经过其它结构,内阻的稳定性强,提高锂电池的过流能力,同时可以进一步提高抗扭强度,间接降低锂电池盖板充放电的发热温度值。并且,根据需要,正极压板5和负极压板6下方一体设有的直立引脚9数目可以不同,例如图9所示是单个直立引脚9,图10所示是四个直立引脚9。
在本实施例中,与密封垫圈7接触密封处的正极压板5或负极压板6的下端面上设有波纹凹痕10,与密封垫圈7接触密封处的电极通孔3表面也设有波纹凹痕10,形成密封加强结构。波纹凹痕10的存在能够更充分可靠接触的密封垫圈7表面,密封性能更强。
本实施例在盖板主体1上方、电极通孔3的上凸缘4外周盖有抱紧装饰圈11,可遮挡缝隙,美观防尘。另外,通常在盖板主体1的中部还设有防爆机构12,常见是防爆膜结构,在电池内部压力过高时可通过防爆泄压。
Claims (5)
1.一种全极耳高容量锂电池盖板,包括连接有下绝缘垫的盖板主体,盖板主体设有二个带有上凸缘的电极通孔,垫有密封垫圈的正极压板和负极压板分别置于各自的电极通孔中,并且正、负极压板都套有绝缘圈,电极通孔的上凸缘内翻压触绝缘圈形成无焊接绝缘密封结构,其特征为:正极压板(5)和负极压板(6)的下方都一体设有直立引脚(9)形成全极耳构造,并且正极压板(5)和负极压板(6)的外周壁是多齿形、绝缘圈(8)的内、外周壁都是多齿形、电极通孔(3)的上凸缘(4)的内周壁也是相应的多齿形,相互配合形成止转结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全极耳高容量锂电池盖板,其特征为:正极压板(5)和负极压板(6)的下方一体设有的直立引脚(9)数目是单个或若干个。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的全极耳高容量锂电池盖板,其特征为:与密封垫圈(7)接触密封处的正极压板(5)或负极压板(6)的下端面上设有波纹凹痕(10),与密封垫圈(7)接触密封处的电极通孔(3)表面也设有波纹凹痕(10),形成密封加强结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的全极耳高容量锂电池盖板,其特征为:在盖板主体(1)上方、电极通孔(3)的上凸缘(4)外周盖有抱紧装饰圈(11)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的全极耳高容量锂电池盖板,其特征为:在盖板主体(1)上方、电极通孔(3)的上凸缘(4)外周盖有抱紧装饰圈(11)。
