Claims (11)
- 基体と、
前記基体の内部又は外部に設けられる導体と、
前記導体に電気的に接続される第1の外部電極及び第2の外部電極と、
前記第1の外部電極に電気的に接続される前記導体の端部と前記第1の外部電極との間に位置する第1の膜と、
前記第2の外部電極に電気的に接続される前記導体の端部と前記第2の外部電極との間に位置する第2の膜と、を備え、
前記第1の膜及び前記第2の膜における拡散速度は、前記第1の外部電極及び前記第2の外部電極における拡散速度より遅い、電子部品。 - 前記第1の膜の厚さ及び前記第2の膜の厚さは10nm以上200nm以下である、請求項1に記載の電子部品。
- 前記第1の膜及び前記第2の膜は酸化膜である、請求項1又は2に記載の電子部品。
- 前記第1の膜及び前記第2の膜は、前記導体を構成する材料のイオン化傾向と同一又は小さいイオン化傾向を有する金属材料の酸化物である、請求項3に記載の電子部品。
- 前記第1の膜及び前記第2の膜は、窒化膜、炭化膜、又は酸窒化膜である、請求項1又は2に記載の電子部品。
- 前記第1の膜及び前記第2の膜は、非晶質である、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の電子部品。
- 前記第1の膜と前記第1の外部電極との界面及び前記第2の膜と前記第2の外部電極との界面における凹凸は、前記第1の外部電極及び前記第2の外部電極の表面における凹凸より大きい、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電子部品。
- 前記導体は、コイル軸の周りに巻回された部分を含む、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の電子部品。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の電子部品を備える、回路基板。
- 請求項9に記載の回路基板を備える、電子機器。
- 基体と、前記基体の内部又は外部に設けられる導体と、前記導体と電気的に接続される第1の外部電極及び第2の外部電極とを備える電子部品の製造方法であって、
前記第1の外部電極と電気的に接続される前記導体の第1の端部及び前記第2の外部電極と電気的に接続される前記導体の第2の端部を前記基体の表面に配置させる第1の工程と、
前記第1の端部と電気的に接続される第1の膜及び前記第2の端部と電気的に接続される第2の膜を形成する第2の工程と、
前記第1の膜と電気的に接続される第1の外部電極及び前記第2の膜と電気的に接続される第2の外部電極を形成する第3の工程と、を含み、
前記第2の工程において、前記第1の外部電極及び前記第2の外部電極を構成する材料における拡散速度より遅い拡散速度を有する材料を用いて、前記第1の膜及び前記第2の膜を形成する、コイル部品の製造方法。
