Description
Claims (13)
- 基体と、
コイル軸の周りに巻回されている導体と、
前記基体の表面に設けられ、前記導体の端部と電気的に接続される外部電極と、を備え、
前記外部電極は、複数の第1のフィラー、複数の第2のフィラー、及び樹脂を含む電極層を有し、
前記複数の第2のフィラーの少なくとも一部は、前記第1のフィラー及び/又は他の前記第2のフィラーと金属結合によって結合し、
前記複数の第2のフィラーのそれぞれは扁平形状であり、
前記外部電極は、前記電極層と前記導体の端部との間に設けられた金属膜を有し、
前記金属膜は、高密度スパッタリング堆積法により形成されたスパッタ膜であり、
前記金属膜は、前記第2のフィラーと金属結合している、
コイル部品。 - 前記第2のフィラーのアスペクト比は3以上である、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記電極層の厚さ方向の断面において、前記第2のフィラーの最大粒径の平均は、前記第1のフィラーの最大粒径の平均より大きい、請求項1又は2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複数の第1のフィラーのそれぞれは球形状であり、前記第1のフィラーのアスペクト比は2以下である、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記金属膜は、前記導体の端部と金属結合している、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記外部電極は、前記電極層上に設けられためっき層を有し、
前記めっき層は、前記第2のフィラーと金属結合している、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第2のフィラーの長軸方向は、前記電極層の厚さ方向と垂直な方向に対して略平行である、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2のフィラー同士は、当該第2のフィラーの長軸同士が互いに平行な状態で金属結合している、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記電極層における前記樹脂の割合は、60vol%以下である、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記電極層は、前記第1のフィラーとなる第1の金属粒子と、前記第2のフィラーとなる第2の金属粒子と、を含む導電性ペーストから形成され、
前記第2の金属粒子の最小曲率半径の平均は、前記第1の金属粒子の最小曲率半径の平均より小さい、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載のコイル部品を備える、回路基板。
- 請求項11に記載の回路基板を備える、電子機器。
- 基体と、コイル軸の周りに巻回された導体とを備えるコイル部品の製造方法であって、
複数の第1の金属粒子と、それぞれが扁平形状を有する複数の第2の金属粒子と、を含む導電性ペーストを準備する工程と、
前記導体の端部に高密度スパッタリング堆積法により金属膜を形成する工程と、
前記金属膜の表面に前記導電性ペーストの層を形成する工程と、
前記導電性ペーストを熱処理することで、前記複数の第1の金属粒子と前記複数の第2の金属粒子とを金属結合させ、また、前記複数の第2の金属粒子のうちの一部と前記金属膜とを金属結合させる工程と、を含む、コイル部品の製造方法。
