Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- モータの回転トルクを減速機により増加させて転舵輪の転舵に用いる操舵装置であって、
前記転舵輪に連結されるラックシャフトと、
前記ラックシャフトを収容するラックハウジングと、
前記ラックシャフトと噛み合うピニオンシャフトと、
前記ピニオンシャフトに連結されたウォームホイールと、前記ウォームホイールと噛み合うウォームシャフトとを有する減速機と、
前記ウォームホイールを収容する減速機ハウジングと、
前記ウォームシャフトを駆動するモータと、
前記減速機ハウジングの開口を封止する板状のカバーと、
前記カバーに貫通状態で取り付けられる呼吸弁と、を備え、
前記カバーは、
前記呼吸弁への潤滑剤の侵入を抑制する侵入抑制部を前記ウォームホイールに対向する内面に備える
操舵装置。 - 前記カバーは、
内側に向かって窪み前記呼吸弁が取り付けられる取付部を備え、
前記侵入抑制部は、
前記取付部に沿って内側に膨出する
請求項1に記載の操舵装置。 - 前記侵入抑制部は、
前記呼吸弁を囲む領域の少なくとも一部に前記ウォームホイールに向かって突出し前記潤滑剤の流れを防御する壁部を備える
請求項1または2に記載の操舵装置。 - 前記侵入抑制部は、
前記呼吸弁を囲む領域の少なくとも一部に前記ウォームホイールと逆側に向かって窪み前記潤滑剤の流れを案内する案内溝部を備える
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の操舵部材。
