Abstract
Description
この潤滑油供給装置は、潤滑油を貯留するオイル室を底部に有するトランスファケースと、トランスファケースに収容されるチェーンとを有する。
図1から図10は、本発明の一実施例に係る動力伝達装置を示す図である。図1から図10において、上下前後左右方向は、車両に設置された状態の駆動装置を基準とし、車両の前後方向を前後方向、車両の左右方向(車両の幅方向)を左右方向、車両の上下方向(車両の高さ方向)を上下方向とする。
図1において、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両という)1は、車体2を備えており、車体2は、ダッシュパネル3によって前側のエンジンルーム2Aと後側の車室2Bとに仕切られている。エンジンルーム2Aには駆動装置4が設置されており、駆動装置4は、前進6速、後進1速の変速段を有する。
チェーンガイド61は、上端部が減速機ケース8のフランジ部8Fに近づくように、下端部がフランジ部8Fからアイドル軸12に向かって離れるように傾斜している。つまり、チェーンガイド61と減速機ケース8の前側のフランジ部8Fの間には、下方に広がる空間が形成されている。そして、この空間は膨出部8Aの内部空間8sの開口と連続するように、当該開口の左側(チェーン38の軌道面38s)に位置している。本実施例のチェーンガイド61は、本発明のガイド部材を構成する。
(変速段が1速段の場合の動力伝達経路)
1速段においては、同期装置31が中立位置から1速段用のカウンタギヤ14A側に移動し、1速段用のカウンタギヤ14Aをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
3速段においては、同期装置33が中立位置から3速段用のアイドルギヤ12A側に移動し、3速段用のアイドルギヤ12Aをアイドル軸12に連結する。
5速段においては、同期装置32が中立位置から5速段用のカウンタギヤ14C側に移動し、5速段用のカウンタギヤ14Cをカウンタ軸14に連結する。
後進段においては、同期装置34が中立位置から後進ギヤ15A側に移動し、後進ギヤ15Aを後進軸15に連結する。
モータ35は、車両1のモータ走行時の動力を得る場合と、車両1の発進および加速時にエンジン20の動力をアシストする動力を得る場合と、変速中に同期装置31、32、33、34がそれまでの変速段を達成する位置から新たな変速段を達成する位置に移動するまでの間にエンジン20の動力を補完するギャップフィリング用の動力を得る場合とに使用される。
本実施例の動力伝達装置は、力行時と回生時においてモータ出力軸35Bとアイドル軸12との間で動力を伝達するチェーン38と、底部に潤滑油Oが貯留され、チェーン38を収容する減速機ケース8および減速機カバー9とを有し、駆動装置4の変速機ケース5に取付けられている。
Claims (4)
- 上側回転軸と下側回転軸との間で動力を伝達する無端可撓部材と、底部に潤滑油が貯留され、前記無端可撓部材を収容するケース部材とを有し、駆動装置に取付けられる動力伝達装置であって、
前記ケース部材の下部に、前記ケース部材の側壁から膨出し、前記ケース部材の内部の空間を広げる膨出部が設けられており、
前記膨出部は、前記無端可撓部材の軌道面に対して前記上側回転軸および前記下側回転軸の軸方向に離れていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記無端可撓部材は、車両の前進走行時に、前記上側回転軸の軸心と前記下側回転軸の軸心とを結んだ仮想直線を挟んで前記下側回転軸から上側回転軸側に移動する第1の無端可撓部材部と、前記上側回転軸から下側回転軸側に移動する第2の無端可撓部材部を有し、
前記膨出部は、前記下側回転軸の近傍において前記仮想直線に対して前記第1の無端可撓部材部側に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記ケース部材を前記上側回転軸および前記下側回転軸の軸方向から見た場合に、前記膨出部よりも高い位置に、前記無端可撓部材に当接して前記無端可撓部材の移動を案内するガイド部材が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記駆動装置は、変速機ケースと、前記変速機ケースに収容され、前記下側回転軸を含んだ複数の回転軸、および前記下側回転軸と前記回転軸とに設けられたギヤを有する変速機構と、前記変速機ケースの外部に設けられたモータとを有し、
前記無端可撓部材は、前記モータの動力を前記変速機構に伝達するように構成されており、
前記膨出部は、前記変速機ケースの前方で、かつ、前記モータの下方に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。
