次に第3の実施の形態にかかる二酸化炭素回収システムS3について図3を参照しつつ説明する。本実施の形態における構成部分のうちの第2の実施の形態の構成部分と同じものには、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
Claims (10)
- 二酸化炭素を含む処理対象ガスと吸収液とを接触させ、前記二酸化炭素を吸収した前記吸収液と、前記二酸化炭素が除去された前記処理対象ガスを含む吸収塔排出ガスとを排出する吸収塔と、
前記吸収塔から排出された前記吸収液から前記二酸化炭素を放散させ、前記二酸化炭素を放散した前記吸収液と、前記二酸化炭素を含む再生塔排出ガスとを排出する再生塔と、
前記再生塔排出ガスを冷却する冷却器と、
前記冷却器による冷却により前記再生塔排出ガスから生じる凝縮水と、気体のままの冷却後再生塔排出ガスとを受け入れ、前記冷却後再生塔排出ガスを洗浄液で洗浄する洗浄塔と、
を備え、
前記洗浄塔は、前記凝縮水を貯留する第1液溜め部と、前記冷却後再生塔排出ガスを洗浄した前記洗浄液を貯留する第2液溜め部とを有する、二酸化炭素回収システム。 - 前記第1液溜め部の下流側に、前記第2液溜め部が配置される、請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記第1液溜め部及び前記第2液溜め部は堰によって仕切られている、請求項1又は2に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記第2液溜め部から前記第1液溜め部への前記洗浄液の流入を許容する一方で、前記第1液溜め部から前記第2液溜め部への前記凝縮水の流入を制限するワンウェイ機構を備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記ワンウェイ機構は、凝縮水レベル計により検出される前記第1液溜め部に貯留された前記凝縮水の液位が所定値以上になった際に、前記第1液溜め部に貯留された前記凝縮水を前記第1液溜め部の外部に排出する排出構造により構成される、請求項4に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記排出構造は、前記吸収塔、前記再生塔、及び前記吸収塔と前記再生塔との間で前記吸収液を通流させるプロセス流路のうちの少なくともいずれかに前記凝縮水を排出する、請求項5に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記第1液溜め部の上方に、前記第2液溜め部が配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記第2液溜め部から外部に排出した前記洗浄液によって、前記第2液溜め部の上方において前記冷却後再生塔排出ガスを洗浄した後、前記冷却後再生塔排出ガスを洗浄した前記洗浄液を前記第2液溜め部で貯留するように前記洗浄液を循環させる、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 洗浄液レベル計により検出される前記第2液溜め部に貯留された前記洗浄液の液位が所定値以下になった際に、前記洗浄液の循環経路に補給水を補給する、請求項8に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 二酸化炭素を含む処理対象ガスと吸収液とを接触させ、前記二酸化炭素を吸収した前記吸収液と、前記二酸化炭素が除去された前記処理対象ガスを含む吸収塔排出ガスとを排出する吸収塔と、
前記吸収塔から排出された前記吸収液から前記二酸化炭素を放散させ、前記二酸化炭素を放散した前記吸収液と、前記二酸化炭素を含む再生塔排出ガスとを排出する再生塔と、を備える二酸化炭素回収システムの運転方法であって、
前記再生塔排出ガスを冷却し、冷却により前記再生塔排出ガスから生じる凝縮水と、気体のままの冷却後再生塔排出ガスとを分離する工程と、
前記凝縮水を第1液溜め部に貯留する工程と、
前記冷却後再生塔排出ガスを洗浄液で洗浄する工程と、
前記冷却後再生塔排出ガスを洗浄した前記洗浄液を第2液溜め部に貯留する工程と、を備える、二酸化炭素回収システムの運転方法。
