Claims (5)
- コンテナ成形機(4)の前進距離に応じた長さの多層材料及び/または単層材料の断続的前進を利用する多層材料及び/または単層材料(3)のコンテナ成形機(4)に利用可能である、コンテナプレカットシステムであって、システムは、前記多層材料及び/または前記単層材料(3)の下側表面上の下側プレカット部(32)及び上側表面上の上側プレカット部(32)を作るのに適切であり、前記システムは下側プレカットデバイス(1)及び上側プレカットデバイス(2)を備え、前記下側プレカットデバイス(1)及び前記上側プレカットデバイス(2)は、各々、前記多層材料及び/または前記単層材料(3)に対して相対垂直移動をもたらす下側ブレード(11)及び上側ブレード(21)が設けられており、前記下側プレカットデバイス(1)及び前記上側プレカットデバイス(2)は、成形機の前記前進距離の倍数にほぼ等しい長さだけ、前記多層材料及び/または前記単層材料(3)の前進方向に分離していることを特徴とする、システム。
- 前記下側プレカットデバイス(1)は、前記下側ブレード(11)を固定または画定する垂直に移動可能な下側ダイス(10)と、パンチプレート(14)の調整済バネ(13)に搭載され、前記多層材料(3)の下側プレカット中に、前記多層材料及び/または前記単層材料(3)が前記下側ダイス(10)によって移動する、上側浮動停止部(12)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記上側プレカットデバイス(2)は、パンチプレート(23)に対して垂直移動の制限を順にもたらす浮動停止部(22)に対して相対垂直移動が可能であるように搭載される下側ダイス(20)及び上側ブレード(21)を備え、前記上側ブレード(21)は調整済バネ(24)に搭載されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記下側プレカットデバイス(1)及び前記上側プレカットデバイス(2)は、前記コンテナ成形機(5)の同じプレス機によって作動することが可能であるダブルツール(51)上で画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記下側プレカットデバイス(1)及び前記上側プレカットデバイス(2)は、異なるプレス機に設置され、前記成形機(5)の前記前進距離の倍の長さだけ相互に分離している、独立ツール(52、53)上で画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
