前記表示装置は、前記アクチュエータの駆動に対抗する力に関する物理量の変動パターンに基づき、前記制御装置による前記アクチュエータの制御パターンを設定するための画面を表示する、
射出成形機が提供される。
<射出成形機>
図1は、一実施形態に係る射出成形機の型開完了時の状態を示す図である。図2は、一実施形態に係る射出成形機の型締時の状態を示す図である。本明細書において、X軸方向、Y軸方向及びZ軸方向は互いに垂直な方向である。X軸方向及びY軸方向は水平方向を表し、Z軸方向は鉛直方向を表す。型締装置100が横型である場合、X軸方向は型開閉方向であり、Y軸方向は射出成形機10の幅方向である。Y軸方向負側を操作側と呼び、Y軸方向正側を反操作側と呼ぶ。
型締装置100の説明では、型閉時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(例えばX軸正方向)を前方とし、型開時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(例えばX軸負方向)を後方として説明する。
エジェクタ装置200の説明では、型締装置100の説明と同様に、型閉時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(例えばX軸正方向)を前方とし、型開時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(例えばX軸負方向)を後方として説明する。
射出装置300の説明では、型締装置100の説明やエジェクタ装置200の説明とは異なり、充填時のスクリュ330の移動方向(例えばX軸負方向)を前方とし、計量時のスクリュ330の移動方向(例えばX軸正方向)を後方として説明する。
移動装置400の説明では、射出装置300の説明と同様に、充填時のスクリュ330の移動方向(例えばX軸負方向)を前方とし、計量時のスクリュ330の移動方向(例えばX軸正方向)を後方として説明する。
制御装置700は、例えばコンピュータで構成され、図1〜図2に示すようにCPU(Central Processing Unit)701と、メモリなどの記憶媒体702と、入力インタフェース703と、出力インタフェース704とを有する。制御装置700は、記憶媒体702に記憶されたプログラムをCPU701に実行させることにより、各種の制御を行う。また、制御装置700は、入力インタフェース703で外部からの信号を受信し、出力インタフェース704で外部に信号を送信する。
次に、図3〜図5を参照して、エジェクタ装置200の詳細について説明する。
次に、図6、図7を参照して、エジェクタ装置200によるエジェクタ圧縮の詳細について説明する。
次に、図8、図9を参照して、制御装置700によるエジェクタ圧縮に関するエジェクタ装置200の制御方法について説明する。
図8は、比較例に係る射出成形機のエジェクタ圧縮時の動作状況を示すタイムチャート81〜83である。以下、比較例に係る射出成形機における本実施形態の射出成形機10と同じ或いは対応する構成については、符号を付さずに同じ名称を用いる。
図9は、本実施形態に係るエジェクタ圧縮時の動作状況を表すタイムチャート91〜93である。
次に、図10を参照して、制御装置700によるエジェクタ圧縮時のエジェクタモータ221の制御トルクパターンを設定するための設定画面について説明する。
以上、実施形態について説明したが、本開示は特定の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載された要旨の範囲内において、種々の変形、変更が可能である。

前記表示装置は、前記アクチュエータの駆動に対抗する力に関する物理量の変動パターンに基づき、前記制御装置による前記アクチュエータの制御パターンを設定するための画面を表示する、
