Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、ハブベアリング1は、静止側軌道輪である外輪2の内径側に、回転側軌道輪であるハブ輪3と内輪5を、転動体である複数の玉4を介して、回転自在に支持している。内輪5は、ハブ輪3に固定されている。この構成により、外輪2の内周面にそれぞれが静止側となる複列の外輪軌道面2a、2bを、ハブ輪3と内輪5の外周面にそれぞれが回転側となる第一、第二の内輪軌道面3a、5aを、それぞれ設けている。ハブ輪3の外周面の外端部に車輪を支持するためのハブボルト6を、同じく中間部に第一の内輪軌道面3aを、同じく中間部内端寄り部分にこの第一の内輪軌道面3aを形成した部分よりも小径である小径段部3bを、それぞれ設けている。この小径段部3bに、外周面に断面円弧状である第二の内輪軌道面5aを設けた内輪5を外嵌している。ハブ輪3の内端部を径方向外方に塑性変形させてなるかしめ部3cにより内輪5の内端面を抑え付けて、この内輪5をハブ輪3に対して固定している。
運転中のハブベアリングにおけるモーメント荷重下の傾き角の時間波形を、自社(NTN株式会社)で独自に開発した転がり軸受の統合動力学解析システム「IBDAS」を用いて計算する。図1に示すような複列アンギュラ玉軸受に対して、図4に示す荷重の作用位置および解析の座標系を用いる。解析モデルに設定する運動の自由度および拘束条件は下記表1のとおりである。
接触圧力はヘルツ理論に従うと仮定して垂直方向の力を求める。接線方向の力の計算では、3次元的な玉の運動を適切に表現するために、接触楕円内の長軸方向の接触圧力およびすべり速度の分布を図5のように考慮する。具体的な計算方法を以下に示す。
ヘルツ圧下の接触楕円を長軸方向に対してn個に分割したスライス片の垂直方向の荷重は、短軸方向に接触圧力を積分した後に長軸方向のスライス片領域で積分することで得られ、以下の式(2)のように書き表すことができる。
保持器の表面を有限要素で分割した際の節点が玉に幾何学的に干渉する場合、この干渉量δCに応じた垂直力FNCがヘルツ理論に従って生じると仮定すると、以下の式(5)が得られる。

Claims (5)
- 静止側軌道輪と、回転側軌道輪と、前記静止側軌道輪の軌道面と前記回転側軌道輪の軌道面との間に設けられた複数個の転動体とを備え、それぞれの軌道面と前記転動体との転がり接触部をグリースにより潤滑する自動車のハブベアリングであって、
前記転がり接触部において、前記静止側軌道輪の軌道面、および、前記回転側軌道輪の軌道面から選ばれた少なくとも一方の軌道面の表面粗さが、0.030μmRa以下であることを特徴とするハブベアリング。 - 前記静止側軌道輪の軌道面の表面粗さが、0.030μmRa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハブベアリング。
- 前記グリースは、前記転がり接触部におけるトラクション係数が40℃で自動車の車速20km/h以上において0.04以下となるグリースであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のハブベアリング。
- 前記グリースの基油の40℃における動粘度が、30mm2/s未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項記載のハブベアリング。
- 前記選ばれた軌道面の表面粗さが、0.010μmRa以上0.030μmRa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項記載のハブベアリング。
