Claims (8)
- トレッド部と、
前記トレッド部の両端からタイヤ径方向内側にそれぞれ延びる一対のサイドウォール部と、
前記一対のサイドウォール部の前記タイヤ径方向内側の端部にそれぞれ配置された一対のビードコアと、
前記トレッド部の前記タイヤ径方向内側に位置する中央部と、前記中央部の両端から前記タイヤ径方向内側にそれぞれ延びる一対のサイド部とを備え、前記ビードコア間で連続する内側部材と、
前記内側部材に対して前記タイヤ径方向外側に配置され、前記トレッド部に位置する内端部と、前記内端部から前記タイヤ径方向内側に延びる一対のサイド部と、前記サイド部と連続して設けられ、前記一対のビードコアのうちのいずれかに巻き上げられる巻上部と、をそれぞれ有する一対のプライ片を備える、不連続なプライと、
前記プライの前記タイヤ径方向外側に配置されて前記一対のプライ片の内端部を前記タイヤ径方向外側から覆うベルトと、
前記一対のプライ片の内端部の前記タイヤ径方向内側の面と前記内側部材との間にそれぞれ配置され、前記一対のプライ片と前記内側部材を接合する一対の第1の接合部材と、
前記一対のプライ片の内端部の前記タイヤ径方向外側の面と前記ベルトとの間にそれぞれ配置され、前記一対のプライ片と前記ベルトを接合する一対の第2の接合部材と、を備える空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記一対の第2の接合部材は、前記ベルトの前記タイヤ幅方向外側の端部を越えて前記タイヤ幅方向外側まで延びる延設部をそれぞれ備える請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1の接合部材と前記第2の接合部材とは、一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記内側部材は、インナーライナである請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記内側部材は、他のプライである請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記一対の第2の接合部材の延設部の幅は、前記ベルトの幅の5%以上30%以下の幅で設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記一対のプライ片は、前記第1の接合部材を介して前記内側部材に接合される接合面部をそれぞれ備え、
前記一対の接合面部の幅は、前記プライ片の幅の3%以上25%以下の幅で設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記第1の接合部材及び前記第2の接合部材は500gf以上の粘着力を有する、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
