Abstract
Description
オイルポンプ4から吐出されるオイルは、オイルフィルタ6を経て、メインギャラリ7とヘッドギャラリ8及びオイルジェットギャラリ9の3系統のオイルギャラリに分流する。
制御部14は、エンジン2がフューエルカット運転状態において、オイルジェットバルブ13の異常を診断する。
ステップS7において、制御部14は、油温油圧センサ31によりオイルジェットギャラリ9の油圧を取得する。
時刻t11において、エンジン2がフューエルカット運転状態となり、エンジン回転数が所定回転数より低くなり、オイルジェットギャラリ9の油圧が所定値より低くなり、オイルジェットギャラリ9の油温が所定温度以上であると、時刻t12において、オイルジェットバルブ13が開かれ、オイルジェットギャラリ9の油圧が取得される。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の回転によって駆動されるオイルポンプと、
前記内燃機関のピストンに向けてオイルを噴射するオイルジェットと、
オイルを前記オイルポンプから前記オイルジェットに送るオイルジェットギャラリと、
前記オイルジェットギャラリに配置され前記オイルジェットへのオイルの流通を制御する制御弁と、
前記オイルジェットギャラリの前記制御弁より上流側に設けられる油圧センサと、
前記制御弁の開閉を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記内燃機関がフューエルカット運転状態で、かつ所定条件が成立している場合、前記制御弁を開いた状態にし、前記オイルジェットギャラリの油圧が安定する所定時間が経過した後に前記制御弁を閉じた状態にし、前記制御弁が開いた状態の時の前記オイルジェットギャラリの油圧と、前記所定時間が経過した後に前記制御弁が閉じた状態の時の前記オイルジェットギャラリの油圧と、の差が予め定められた所定差よりも小さい場合、前記制御弁に異常があると判定する異常診断制御を行なう内燃機関のオイルジェット用制御弁の異常診断装置。 - 前記所定条件として、前記オイルジェットギャラリの油圧が所定値よりも低いこと、または前記内燃機関の回転数が所定回転数よりも低いこと、を含む請求項1に記載の内燃機関のオイルジェット用制御弁の異常診断装置。
- 前記所定条件として、前記内燃機関の回転数の変化量が所定変化量より小さいことを含む請求項1または請求項2に記載の内燃機関のオイルジェット用制御弁の異常診断装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記オイルジェットギャラリの油温が所定温度より低い場合、前記異常診断制御を禁止する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関のオイルジェット用制御弁の異常診断装置。
