Abstract
Description
a.1〜99重量%の炭酸のナトリウム塩の粉末と、
b.1〜99重量%の吸収性材料の粉末と、

− 1〜99重量%の炭酸のナトリウム塩の粉末と、
− 1〜99重量%の吸収性材料の粉末と、
を含有する組成物を提供するステップと、
b.組成物に機械的エネルギーおよび/または熱エネルギーを加えるステップと、
を含み、
前記吸収性材料の前記粉末は、0.1cm3/g以上の比細孔体積を有する。
Sorbacal SPは、約40m2/gのBET比表面積と、約0.2cm3/gのBJH比細孔体積と、約6μmの粒度d50とを有した。
温度 220℃、
SO2入口濃度 1500mg/Nm3、

Claims (20)
- 煙道ガスの浄化のための組成物であって、前記組成物は、各場合に前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、
a.1〜99重量%の炭酸のナトリウム塩の粉末と、
b.1〜99重量%の吸収性材料の粉末と、
を含有し、
前記吸収性材料の前記粉末は、0.1cm3/g以上の比細孔体積を有する、組成物。 - 前記組成物は、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて1〜70重量%、特に1〜50重量%、または1〜30重量%、または5〜30重量%、または10〜30重量%、または13〜30重量%、または13〜20重量%、または13〜18重量%、または5〜99重量%、または10〜99 重量%、または15〜99重量%、または15〜90重量%、または15〜80重量%、または15〜75重量%、または15〜70重量%、または15〜65重量%、または15〜60重量%、または15〜50重量%、または15〜45重量%、または15〜40重量%、または15〜30重量%、または15〜25重量%、または15〜20重量%、または15〜18重量%の炭酸の前記ナトリウム塩の前記粉末を含有し、かつ/または前記組成物は、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて30〜99重量%、特に50〜99重量%、または70〜99重量%、または70〜95重量%、または70〜90重量%、または70〜87重量%、または80〜87重量%、または82〜87重量%、または1〜95重量%、または1〜90重量%、または1〜85重量%、または10〜85重量%、または20〜85 重量%、または25〜85重量%、または30〜85重量%、または35〜85重量%、または40〜85重量%、または50〜85重量%、または55〜85重量%、または60〜85重量%、または70〜85重量%、または75〜85重量%、または80〜85重量%、または82〜85重量%の前記吸収性材料の前記粉末を含有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 炭酸の前記ナトリウム塩の前記粉末は50μm未満、特に45μm未満、または40μm未満、または35μm未満、または30μm未満、または25μm未満、または20μm未満、または15μm未満、または12μm未満の粒度d50を有し、かつ/または炭酸の前記ナトリウム塩の前記粉末は180μm未満、特に170μm未満、または160μm未満、または150μm未満、または140μm未満、または125μm未満の粒度d97を有する、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 炭酸の前記ナトリウム塩は、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム、およびその混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 炭酸の前記ナトリウム塩は、炭酸水素ナトリウムおよび/またはセスキ炭酸ナトリウムである、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記吸収性材料は、石灰石、生石灰、水和石灰、ドロマイト、ドロマイト生石灰、ドロマイト水和石灰、炭酸マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、水酸化マグネシウム、およびその混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記吸収性材料は水和石灰である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記吸収性材料、特に前記水和石灰は50μm未満、特に40μm未満、または30μm未満、または20μm未満、または10μm未満の粒度d50を有し、かつ/または前記吸収性材料、特に前記水和石灰は150μm未満、特に140μm未満、または130μm未満、または120μm未満、または110μm未満、または100μm未満、または90μm未満の粒度d97を有し、かつ/または前記吸収性材料、特に前記水和石灰は20m2/g以上、特に30m2/g以上、または40m2/g以上、または45m2/g以上の表面積を有し、かつ/または前記吸収性材料、特に前記水和石灰は0.11cm3/g以上、または0.12cm3/g以上、または0.13cm3/g以上、または0.14cm3/g以上、または0.15cm3/g以上、または0.16cm3/g以上、または0.17cm3/g以上、または0.18cm3/g以上、または0.19cm3/g以上、または0.2cm3/g以上の比細孔体積を有する、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて最大30重量%の量のクレーおよび/または活性炭および/またはゼオライトを含有する、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の有する流動性の値、特にFFC値、特にRST−XSリング剪断テスタを用いて定められた値は0.2以上、特に0.3以上、または0.4以上、または0.5以上、または0.6以上、または0.7以上、または0.8以上、または0.9以上、または1.0以上、または1.1以上、または1.2以上、または1.3以上である、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の煙道ガスの浄化のための組成物の製造のためのプロセスであって、
a.各場合に前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、
− 1〜99重量%の炭酸のナトリウム塩の粉末と、
− 1〜99重量%の吸収性材料の粉末と、
を含有する組成物を提供するステップと、
b.前記組成物に機械的エネルギーおよび/または熱エネルギーを加えるステップと、
を含み、
前記吸収性材料の前記粉末は、0.1cm3/g以上の比細孔体積を有する、プロセス。 - ステップa.の前記組成物は、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて1〜70重量%、特に1〜50重量%、または1〜30重量%、または5〜30重量%、または10〜30重量%、または13〜30重量%、または13〜20重量%、または13〜18重量%、または5〜99重量%、または10〜99 重量%、または15〜99重量%、または15〜90重量%、または15〜80重量%、または15〜75重量%、または15〜70重量%、または15〜65重量%、または15〜60重量%、または15〜50重量%、または15〜45重量%、または15〜40重量%、または15〜30重量%、または15〜25重量%、または15〜20重量%、または15〜18重量%の炭酸の前記ナトリウム塩の前記粉末を含有し、かつ/またはステップa.の前記組成物は、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて30〜99重量%、特に50〜99重量%、または70〜99重量%、または70〜95重量%、または70〜90重量%、または70〜87重量%、または80〜87重量%、または82〜87重量%、または1〜95重量%、または1〜90重量%、または1〜85重量%、または10〜85重量%、または20〜85重量%、または25〜85重量%、または30〜85重量%、または35〜85重量%、または40〜85重量%、または50〜85重量%、または55〜85重量%、または60〜85重量%、または70〜85重量%、または75〜85重量%、または80〜85重量%、または82〜85重量%の前記吸収性材料の前記粉末を含有する、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 炭酸の前記ナトリウム塩は請求項3〜5の何れか一項において定義されるとおりであり、かつ/または前記吸収性材料の前記粉末は請求項6〜8の何れか一項において定義されるとおりである、請求項11または12に記載のプロセス。
- 炭酸のナトリウム塩の前記粉末および/または吸収性材料の前記粉末に対して、熱エネルギーおよび/または機械的エネルギーが加えられる、請求項11〜13の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- ステップb.は混合および/または粉砕ステップを含み、任意には前記粉砕ステップにおいて、前記組成物は50μm以下、特に45μm未満、または40μm未満、または35μm未満、または30μm未満、または25μm未満、または20μm未満、または15μm未満、または12μm未満の粒度d50に粉砕され、かつ/または前記組成物は180μm未満、特に170μm未満、または160μm未満、または150μm未満、または140μm未満、または125μm未満の粒度d97に粉砕される、請求項11〜14の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項11〜15の何れか一項に記載のプロセスによって得ることができる、煙道ガスの浄化のための組成物。
- 煙道ガスの浄化のためのプロセスであって、前記煙道ガスは、請求項1〜10または16の何れか一項に記載の組成物と接触する、プロセス。
- 煙道ガス、特にHFを含有する煙道ガスの浄化のための、請求項1〜10または16の何れか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 50μm未満、特に45μm未満、または40μm未満の粒度d50を有する炭酸のナトリウム塩の粉末の、特にいくらかの貯蔵時間の後の流動性、および/または貯蔵性、および/またはHF吸収率を改善するための、0.1cm3/g以上の比細孔体積を有する吸収性材料の粉末の使用。
- 前記吸収性材料の前記粉末は、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて1〜99重量%、特に30〜99重量%、または50〜99重量%、または70〜99重量%、または70〜95重量%、または70〜90重量%、または70〜87重量%、または80〜87重量%、または82〜87重量%、または1〜95重量%、または1〜90重量%、または1〜85重量%、または10〜85重量%、または20〜85重量%、または25〜85重量%、または30〜85重量%、または35〜85重量%、または40〜85重量%、または50〜85重量%、または55〜85重量%、または60〜85重量%、または70〜85重量%、または75〜85重量%、または80〜85重量%、または82〜85重量%の量で用いられ、かつ/または前記吸収性材料の前記粉末は請求項6〜8の何れか一項において定義されるとおりであり、かつ/または炭酸の前記ナトリウム塩は炭酸水素ナトリウムおよび/もしくはセスキ炭酸ナトリウムである、請求項19に記載の使用。
