Description
− 15〜35質量%の間の残留水分を呈する水酸化カルシウムを得るために充分な量の消和水を用いて10mm以下の粒度のCaO粒子を消和する段階、及び
− 前記水酸化カルシウムを乾燥させて粉末状石灰組成物を得る段階、
を含むプロセスに従って調製可能である。
− 10〜50質量%の固形分含有率を呈する石灰乳を得るのに充分な量の水とCaO及び/又はCa(OH)2を混合する段階、
− 前記石灰乳から水を分離する段階、
− かくして水から分離された前記石灰乳を乾燥させ、粉末状石灰組成物を得る段階、及び
− 混合段階の前、途中又は後でそれぞれCaO及び/又はCa(OH)2、混合用水及び/又は石灰乳に対して一定量のアルカリ化合物を添加する段階であって、この数量が、前記粉末状石灰組成物中で組成物の合計質量に基づいて3.5質量%以下のアルカリ金属含有率を得るのに充分なものである段階、
を含むプロセスを用いて得ることもできる。
工業的に生産される消石灰が、基準粉末状化合物(従来の又は標準的な石灰)として選択される。そのBET比表面積は18m2/gでありそのBJH総多孔質体積は0.08cm3/gである。
浄化すべきガスの組成:
SO2;1500mg/Nm3
水分;10体積%
CO2;9体積%
吸収剤流量;Q
化学量論係数(SR);6.5
第2世代の消石灰は、国際公開第97/14650号パンフレット中に記述されているものと類似のプロセス、つまり大量の余剰水(乾燥前の残留水分200〜300g/kg)の存在下での石灰の消和とそれに続く完成生成物からの余剰水の乾燥に従って、図1のパイロット設備内で製造される。
例2の6つの消石灰のHClの削減性能は、浄化すべきガスの組成が1200mg/Nm3のHClを含み、SO2を含まないという点を除いて、例2の作業条件下で図2のテスト装置内で評価される。
例2のものと類似した第2世代の粉末状組成物、及び例2のものと類似した調製様式に従い添加剤としてNa2CO3を用いて得られた該発明に従った粉末状組成物が、SO2を放出する工業設備で利用される。
該発明に従って実施されるものと類似の粉末状組成物は、例2のものと類似した調製様式に従って、かつ類似の生石灰から出発して調製されるが、アルカリ金属ベースの添加剤の代りに類似の量で添加された(最終組成物1kgあたり約7gのアルカリ土類金属)アルカリ土類添加剤を用いて得られる。3つの組成物を、それぞれアルカリ土類添加剤Mg(OH)2、MgSO4及びCaCl2を用いて調製する。
該発明に従って実施されたものと類似した粉末状組成物は、例2のものに類似した調製様式に従って、類似の生石灰から出発して調製されるが、該発明の中で推奨されているものよりも多い量で(この場合最終組成物1kgあたり約50gのアルカリ金属)付加されるアルカリ金属添加剤を用いて得られる。2つの組成物が、それぞれ添加剤NaOH及びNa2CO3を用いて調製される。
Claims (15)
- 25m2/g以上のBET比表面積及び0.1cm3/g以上の窒素脱着BJH総多孔質体積を呈する水酸化カルシウム粒子を含む粉末状石灰組成物であって、さらに、その合計質量に基づいて0.2%以上かつ3.5%以下のアルカリ金属含有率を有することを特徴とする石灰組成物。
- 残留含水率が3質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- アルカリ金属が、その水酸化物、炭酸塩、重炭酸塩、硝酸塩、リン酸塩、過硫酸塩、及びモノカルボン酸塩、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群の中から選択されたアルカリ化合物に由来することを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- アルカリ金属がナトリウム、カリウム、及び/又はリチウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- − 15〜35質量%の間の残留水分を呈する水酸化カルシウムを得るために充分な量の消和水を用いて10mm以下の粒度のCaO粒子を消和(1)する段階、及び
− 前記水酸化カルシウムを乾燥(8)させて粉末状石灰組成物を得る段階、
を含み、さらに消和段階の前、途中及び/又は後に、それぞれCaO粒子、消和水及び/又は水酸化カルシウムに対してアルカリ化合物を一定量加える(4、6)段階が含まれ、この数量が、前記粉末状石灰組成物中でその合計質量に基づき0.2質量%以上かつ3.5質量%以下のアルカリ金属含有率を得るのに充分なものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状石灰組成物を製造する方法。 - 前記数量のアルカリ化合物を消和水に添加(4)する段階が前記消和段階の前に行われる、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記数量のアルカリ化合物を消和水に添加(6)する段階が前記消和段階と同時に行われる、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- アルカリ化合物が、その水酸化物、炭酸塩、重炭酸塩、硝酸塩、リン酸塩、過硫酸塩、及びモノカルボン酸塩、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群の中から選択されている、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 乾燥(8)が、100℃〜550℃の間に含まれる温度を呈する気体を用いて(9)行なわれ、3質量%以下の値まで残留水分を低下させる、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- さらに、消和の後に、前記水酸化カルシウムの少なくとも一部の粉砕を行うことを含む、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 粉砕が乾燥後及び/又はその途中に行なわれる、請求項10に記載の製造方法。
- − 10〜50質量%の固形分含有率を呈する石灰乳を得るのに充分な量の水とCaO及び/又はCa(OH)2を混合する段階、
− 前記石灰乳から水を分離する段階、
− かくして水から分離された前記石灰乳を乾燥させ、粉末状石灰組成物を得る段階、及び
− 混合段階の前、途中又は後でそれぞれCaO及び/又はCa(OH)2、混合用水及び/又は石灰乳に対して一定量のアルカリ化合物を添加する段階であって、この量が、前記粉末状石灰組成物中で組成物の合計質量に基づいて0.2質量%以上かつ3.5質量%以下のアルカリ金属含有率を得るのに充分なものである段階、
を含んでなる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状石灰組成物を製造する方法。 - 煙道ガス浄化のために、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状石灰組成物を使用する方法。
- 前記煙道ガス中に存在する含イオウ化合物及びハロゲン化化合物の削減のための、請求項13に記載の使用方法。
- 前記煙道ガスの浄化のために、前記粉末状石灰組成物を整形することを含む請求項13及び14のいずれか1項に記載の使用方法。
