Claims (18)
- 燃焼機関のための排気システムの部品(1,2,3)であって、
少なくとも1つの開口(10)が設けられた壁、
前記開口(10)に関連する有孔カバー(12)、
前記有孔カバー(12)を前記部品(1,2,3)の壁に取り付けるために設けられた支持物(14)、及び
前記カバー(12)が前記部品(1,2,3)の壁と平行に移動できるように、前記支持物(14)と前記カバー(12)との間に設けられた隙間、
を含む、部品(1,2,3)。 - 前記支持物(14)は、前記壁に取り付けられて、前記カバー(12)の外縁を囲むフレームである、請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記隙間は、前記カバー(12)の端面と、前記端面の反対側に離れて配置された前記支持物(14)の停止面(20)との間に形成される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の部品。
- 前記支持物(14)は、
前記壁に取り付けられるマウント部(16)と、
前記壁と垂直方向の、前記マウント部(16)に対するオフセットである、前記カバー(12)のための保持部(18)と、
を含み、
前記停止面(20)は、前記マウント部(16)から前記保持部(18)への遷移部分にある段(20)により形成される、請求項3に記載の部品。 - 前記支持物(14)はプレス加工された板金部品である、請求項4に記載の部品。
- 前記マウント部(16)は前記壁に溶接されている、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の部品。
- 前記カバー(12)は、プレストレス方法により、前記マウント部(16)と前記壁との間で保持される、請求項4から請求項6のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記支持物(14)の少なくとも一部は、二層方法で構成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記支持物(14)の断面はU字形であり、
前記カバー(12)が前記支持物の2つの脚(14A,14B)の間で受け止められて、前記停止面(20)が前記2つの脚(14A,14B)の間の湾曲部分の内面によって形成される、請求項8に記載の部品。 - 前記2つの脚(14A,14B)は、互いに対して且つ前記2つの脚(14A,14B)の間に配置された前記カバー(12)に対して、弾性的にプレストレスを加えられる、請求項9に記載の部品。
- 前記支持物(14)は湾曲した板金部品である、請求項8から請求項10のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記支持物(14)は、前記2つの脚(14A,14B)の間の湾曲した部分で、前記壁に溶接されている。請求項8から請求項11のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記カバー(12)は、ある位置(28)で、前記支持物(14)にしっかりと固定されている、請求項1から請求項12のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記支持物(14)の壁厚は1.2mm未満であり、特に0.8mm程度である、請求項1から請求項13のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記カバー(12)の壁厚はほぼ1.0mm未満であり、特にほぼ0.5mm未満であるである、請求項1から請求項14のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記壁と前記カバーは、熱膨張が異なる材料で作られている、請求項1から請求項15のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記壁はフェライト合金鋼で作られていて、
前記カバー(12)は、高温ガス腐食と低温凝縮物腐食に対して耐性がある合金、特に、オーステナイト合金鋼又はフェライト合金で作られている、請求項16に記載の部品。 - 前記支持物(14)はフェライト合金鋼で作られている、請求項16又は請求項17に記載の部品。
