Claims (10)
- 部品(1,2,3)であって、

前記部品(1,2,3)は、オットー原理またはディーゼル原理にしたがって稼働する燃焼機関のための排気システムの部品であり、
前記隙間は、前記有孔カバー(12)の端面と、前記端面に対向して離れて配置された前記支持物(14)の停止面(20)との間に形成され、
前記支持物(14)は、
前記壁に取り付けられるマウント部(16)と、
前記壁と垂直方向の、前記マウント部(16)に対するオフセットである、前記有孔カバー(12)のための保持部(18)と、
を含み、
前記保持部(18)と前記マウント部(16)の間の前記オフセットは、前記有孔カバーの厚さより大きく、
前記停止面(20)は、前記マウント部(16)から前記保持部(18)への遷移部分にある段(20)により形成され、
前記有孔カバー(12)は、プレストレス方法により、前記保持部(18)と前記壁との間で保持され、前記プレストレスは、前記有孔カバー(12)がまだ前記部品の前記壁と前記支持物(14)の間に把持されていない初期状態のとき、前記有孔カバー(12)が前記壁の形状と異なる形状を有することで得られる、部品(1,2,3)。 - 前記支持物(14)は、前記壁に取り付けられて、前記有孔カバー(12)の外縁を囲むフレームである、請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記支持物(14)はプレス加工された板金部品である、請求項1または2に記載の部品。
- 前記マウント部(16)は前記壁に溶接されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 前記有孔カバー(12)は、固定点(26)で、前記支持物(14)に固定されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 前記支持物(14)の壁厚は1.2mm未満である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 前記有孔カバー(12)の壁厚は1.0mm未満である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 前記壁と前記有孔カバー(12)は、熱膨張が異なる材料で作られている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の部品。
- 前記壁はフェライト合金鋼で作られていて、
前記有孔カバー(12)は、オーステナイト合金鋼又はフェライト合金で作られている、請求項8に記載の部品。 - 前記支持物(14)はフェライト合金鋼で作られている、請求項8または9に記載の部品。
