Abstract
Description
1.電解銅箔の製造
図4に示されるプロセスにより電解銅箔を製造し、当該図では、ドラムアセンブリ404を使用し、電解質源402から提供される電解質で銅箔400を形成することを示した。電解銅箔400は、回転されるドラム412に電着され、ドラム412は、電解質430に部分的に浸漬され、電解質430は、電解質源402に由来して流体接続チューブ414から提供された。陽極416と陰極としてのドラム412との間の電流の作用で、電解質430に含まれる銅イオンは還元され、回転されるドラム412の表面に沈積された。銅箔をドラム412から移出し、ガイドローラー450により供給された。得られた銅箔400は、さらに防錆アプリケーター418で処理され、エアーナイフ420で薄くされ、銅箔巻回スプール422に納めた。これらの試験について、ドラム412としては、7と9との間の結晶粒度(JISG0551−2013)を有するものを選択し、また、いくつかの対照試験について、7未満または9より高い結晶粒度を有するいくつかのドラムも含まれた。
下記のように、積層型リチウムイオン二次電池を製造し、高cレート(high c−rate)充放電試験を行った。前記銅箔は、陽極の集電体として使用された。
厚さは、マイクロメータ(μm)で計測され、Mは、グラム(g)に基づくサンプル重量であり、Aは、平方メートル(m2)に基づくサンプル面積であり、ρは、サンプル密度である。使用された電解銅箔の密度は8.909g/cm3であった。

Claims (12)
- ドラム面と沈積面とを含む電解銅箔であって、
前記沈積面と前記ドラム面の少なくとも一つは、0.03〜0.23の範囲にある二乗平均平方根傾斜(RΔq)を有する、電解銅箔。 - 前記沈積面と前記ドラム面は、それぞれ、0.03〜0.23の範囲にある二乗平均平方根傾斜(RΔq)を有する、請求項1に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記二乗平均平方根傾斜(RΔq)は、0.03〜0.19の範囲にある、請求項1または2に記載の電解銅箔。
- 50ppm未満である水素含有量を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記水素含有量は、10ppm〜47ppmの範囲にある、請求項4に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記水素含有量は、10ppm〜40ppmの範囲にある、請求項5に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記電解銅箔は、10μm−1〜36μm−1の範囲にある疲労寿命/厚さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記電解銅箔は、25〜75kg/mm2の範囲にある引張強度を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記電解銅箔は、2%〜35%の範囲にある伸び率を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電解銅箔。
- 前記電解銅箔は、2μm〜25μmの範囲にある厚さを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電解銅箔。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電解銅箔を含む、リチウムイオン二次電池用集電体。
- 請求項11に記載の集電体を含む、リチウムイオン二次電池。
