Claims (2)
- 発光素子からの可干渉性の光で生体を照射した際に発生する生体内部組織からの散乱光を検出することで生体情報を得る生体センサにおいて、血液からの反射あるいは透過散乱光と生体の静止組織からの散乱光の干渉光がピンホールを通して、受光素子で受光される出力をフーリエ変換した後、血流量に比例するパワースペクトルの一次モーメントを算出する際に、体動によるスペクトルの乱れの部分をカットする周波数を下限とする積分により求めたパワースペクトルの一次モーメントからなる値を信号とする脈波センサを特徴とする生体センサ。
- 前記カット周波数を8kHz以上とし、そのカット周波数から20kHz以上の周波数においてパワースペクトル分布の一次モーメントを求め脈波信号とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体センサ。
