Abstract
Description
[化学式1]
試料表面を保護し、チャージング(charging)現象を減少させようとし、100秒間スパッタリングを進行して、コーティング厚さは10nmに予想された。
100nmの厚さ以下の薄い薄片を製作するために使用した。イオンビームの電流(current)を9.3nA、80pAに低めながら、順次に加工した。
防汚層の観察のために使用した(加速電圧:80〜200kV、分解能:point of resolution(240pm)、Energy spread:0.8Ev)。
Claims (9)
- 高分子基材と、
前記高分子基材上に形成された導電性高分子を含む帯電防止性防汚層と、
前記帯電防止性防汚層上に直接形成されたPtコーティング層と、
を含む帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析するための試片。 - 前記Ptコーティング層上に炭素保護層をさらに含む請求項1に記載の帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析するための試片。
- 前記導電性高分子が、PEDOT:PSSを含む請求項1または2に記載の帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析するための試片。
- 前記帯電防止性防汚層が、導電性高分子2〜20重量%及び高分子樹脂バインダー80〜98%を含む組成物から製造される請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析するための試片。
- 前記帯電防止性防汚層の厚さが、30〜200nmである請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析するための試片。
- 前記Ptコーティング層の厚さが、5〜20nmである請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析するための試片。
- 高分子基材上に導電性高分子を含む帯電防止性防汚層を形成する段階と、
前記帯電防止性防汚層上に直接Ptコーティング層を形成する段階と、
を含む帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析するための試片の製作方法。 - 前記Ptコーティング層上に炭素保護層を形成する段階をさらに含む請求項7に記載の帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析するための試片の製作方法。
- 請求項1から6のうち何れか一項に記載の試片に対してTEMを用いて帯電防止性防汚層の形状を分析する方法。
