Abstract
Description
3,000デニールのアラミド原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、2x2バスケット織りのアラミド織物を製織した。
3,000デニールのアラミド原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、平織組織のアラミド織物を製織した。
3,000デニールのアラミド原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、綾織組織のアラミド織物を製織した。
3,000デニールのアラミド原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、2x2バスケット織りのアラミド織物を製織した。
3,000デニールのアラミド原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、2x2バスケット織りのアラミド織物を製織した。
3,000デニールのアラミド原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、1x1平織組織のアラミド織物を製織した。
3,000デニールの炭素繊維原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、綾織(Twill)組織の炭素繊維織物を製織した。
3,000デニールの炭素繊維原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、綾織(あやおり;Twill)組織の炭素繊維織物を製織した。
3,000デニールのアラミド原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、2x2バスケット織りのアラミド織物を製織した。
Claims (22)
- (i)アラミド原糸を経糸および緯糸に用いて、バスケット織りのアラミド織物を製織する製織工程と、
(ii)製織されたアラミド織物を、糊剤である水系ポリウレタン樹脂と水とからなる糊剤液に浸漬(dipping)した後、圧搾(squeezing)および乾燥して、前記アラミド織物に糊剤を付着および含浸させることで、アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の含有量について、アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の重量と、水系ポリウレタン樹脂が付着および含浸される前のアラミド織物の重量とを加え合わせた総重量に対して、1〜8重量%となるように調節する糊剤処理工程と
を含むことを特徴とする、ポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物の製造方法。 - アラミド織物を2x2バスケット織りで製織することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物の製造方法。
- アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の含有量について、アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の重量と、水系ポリウレタン樹脂が付着および含浸される前のアラミド織物の重量とを加え合わせた総重量に対して、2〜6重量%となるように調節することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物の製造方法。
- 糊剤液を構成する糊剤である水系ポリウレタン樹脂と、糊剤液を構成する水との重量比率が1.8〜2.2:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物の製造方法。
- 糊剤処理工程で糊剤液に浸漬処理されたアラミド織物を、1〜2kgf/cm2の圧力で圧搾することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物の製造方法。
- 糊剤処理工程で圧搾処理されたアラミド織物を、110〜130℃の温度で3〜5分間乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物の製造方法。
- 経糸および緯糸に用いるアラミド原糸の繊度は1,000〜3,000デニールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物の製造方法。
- アラミド織物の経糸密度および緯糸密度は、いずれも10〜20本/インチであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物の製造方法。
- アラミド原糸である経糸および緯糸がバスケット織りで製織された構造を有し、
水系ポリウレタン樹脂がアラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸されており、
アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された前記水系ポリウレタン樹脂の含有量は、アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の重量と、水系ポリウレタン樹脂が付着および含浸される前のアラミド織物の重量とを加え合わせた総重量に対して、1〜8重量%であることを特徴とする、ポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物。 - アラミド織物は、2x2バスケット織りで製織されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物。
- 経糸および緯糸のアラミド原糸は、繊度が1,000〜3,000デニールであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物。
- アラミド織物の経糸密度および緯糸密度は、いずれも10〜20本/インチであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物。
- ASTM D3039の方法で測定した引張強度が19,000〜21,000N/5cmであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物。
- アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された前記水系ポリウレタン樹脂の含有量は、アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の重量と、水系ポリウレタン樹脂が付着および含浸される前のアラミド織物の重量とを加え合わせた総重量に対して、2〜6重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂との接着性および引張強度に優れたアラミド織物。
- (i)アラミド原糸である経糸および緯糸がバスケット織りで製織された構造を有し、糊剤である水系ポリウレタン樹脂が表面および内部に付着および含浸されたアラミド織物、および
(ii)前記アラミド織物内に含浸されて未硬化または半硬化状態であるポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂;で構成され、
アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された前記水系ポリウレタン樹脂の含有量は、アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の重量と、水系ポリウレタン樹脂が付着および含浸される前のアラミド織物の重量とを加え合わせた総重量に対して1〜8重量%であることを特徴とする、アラミド織物プリプレグ。 - (i)アラミド原糸である経糸および緯糸がバスケット織りで製織されており、水系ポリウレタン樹脂が表面および内部に付着および含浸された2枚以上のアラミド織物;および
(ii)前記アラミド織物の内部、およびアラミド織物同士の間に含浸されている熱可塑性ポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂;で構成され、
アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された前記水系ポリウレタン樹脂の含有量は、アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の重量と、水系ポリウレタン樹脂が付着および含浸される前のアラミド織物の重量とを加え合わせた総重量に対して、1〜8重量%であり、
ISO−6603の方法で測定したピークフォース(peak force)が18,000N以上であることを特徴とする、アラミド織物/熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂複合材。 - ASTM D3039の方法で測定した引張強度が600Mpa以上であり、引張弾性率が25Gpa以上であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のアラミド織物/熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂複合材。
- 厚さが2.0〜2.2mmであり、前記熱可塑性ポリウレタンマトリックス樹脂の含有量が30〜45重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のアラミド織物/熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂複合材。
- 前記アラミド織物は、2x2バスケット織りで製織されていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のアラミド織物/熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂複合材。
- 経糸および緯糸のアラミド原糸は、繊度が1,000〜7,000デニールであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のアラミド織物/熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂複合材。
- アラミド織物の経糸密度および緯糸密度は、いずれも10〜20本/インチであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のアラミド織物/熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂複合材。
- アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された前記水系ポリウレタン樹脂の含有量は、アラミド織物の表面および内部に付着および含浸された水系ポリウレタン樹脂の重量と、水系ポリウレタン樹脂が付着および含浸される前のアラミド織物の重量とを加え合わせた総重量に対して、2〜6重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のアラミド織物/熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂複合材。
