Claims (9)
- 搬送機上で搬送される容器、ケース、パッケージ等の物体(18)を分流するための機器であって、
前記物体(18)を一列で移送する第1の搬送装置(12)と、
前記第1の搬送装置(12)の側部に配置される第2の搬送装置(16)と、
前記搬送機の一方側に設けられると共に、分流される前記物体(18)を前記第1の搬送装置(12)から前記第2の搬送装置(16)上へ分流する分流装置(14)と、
前記分流装置の反対側に配置された前記搬送機の一方側に設けられたレール(20)と、を備え、さらに、
空気ジェット(24)を発生する装置を備えており、前記空気ジェットを発生する装置は、前記空気ジェット(24)が前記レール(20)に平行に走行するように構成される
ことを特徴とする機器。 - 分流される前記物体(18)上の空気流は、前記レール(20)の方向に力を発生する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機器。 - 前記空気ジェットは、圧縮空気発生器(22)によって生成されると共に、ノズル(28)を有する圧縮空気ホース(26)を介して前記レール(20)に平行に調整される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の機器。 - 前記空気ジェットは、前記レール(20)に平行、かつ、前記物体(18)の搬送方向に走行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の機器。 - 前記レール(20)は、前記空気ジェット(24)が案内される中空形状を有し、さらに、前記レール(20)は、前記空気ジェット(24)が前記レール(20)に実質的に平行に排気される少なくとも1つの開口(30)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の機器。 - 前記空気ジェット(24)は、前記レール(20)に平行、かつ、前記搬送装置(12,16)によって規定される輸送面に関連して所定角度(β)で走行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の機器。 - 前記第2の搬送装置(16)は、前記第1の搬送装置(12)に実質的に平行で前記搬送方向に走行すると共に、前記分流装置(14)の領域において、選択的に調整可能な角度(α)で前記第1の搬送装置(12)から分かれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の機器。 - 前記分流装置(14)は、一列の分流セグメント(14a)を備え、個々の前記分流セグメント(14a)が共に連続した偏向面を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の機器。 - 搬送機上で搬送される容器、ケース、パッケージ等の物体(18)を分流するための方法であって、
前記物体(18)を一列で移送する第1の搬送装置(12)と、
前記第1の搬送装置(12)の側部に配置される第2の搬送装置(16)と、
前記搬送機の一方側に設けられると共に、分流される物体(18)を前記第1の搬送装置(12)から前記第2の搬送装置(16)上へ分流する分流装置(14)と、
前記分流装置の反対側に配置された前記搬送機の一方側に設けられたレール(20)と、を提供し、さらに、
空気ジェット(24)を発生する装置を提供して、前記空気ジェットを発生する装置は、前記空気ジェット(24)が前記レール(20)に平行に走行するように構成される
ことを特徴とする方法。
