Abstract
Description
本発明は、インナーチューブを改善するという課題に基づく。
公知のインナーチューブから出発して、本発明によれば、内層もまた熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなることが提案される。本発明による2層のインナーチューブは、様々な材料から構成される公知のチューブよりも良好なリサイクル特性を有する。さらに、「熱可塑性ポリウレタン」材料種の多様な材料を技術的に特に単純に組み合わせることで、インナーチューブの望ましい特性を達成することができる。
次に、本発明を実施例に基づいて説明する。

公知のインナーチューブから出発して、本発明によれば、内層と外層との間にエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体から構成される中間層が提案される。そのようなインナーチューブは、さらに高められた空気保持量を有する。

Claims (10)
- 車両ホイール用多層インナーチューブ(1、7、13、24)であって、
前記インナーチューブ(1、7、13、24)の気体状充填物と接する内層(2、8、14、27)と、
前記内層(2、8、14、27)とは異なる外層(3、9、16、25)であって、前記インナーチューブ(1、7、13、24)の外部環境と接し、かつ熱可塑性ポリウレタンから構成される外層(3、9、16、25)と
を備えたインナーチューブ(1、7、13、24)において、
前記内層(2、8、14、27)もまた、熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなることを特徴とする、インナーチューブ(1、7、13、24)。 - 前記内層(2、14)と前記外層(3、16)との間に、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体から構成される中間層(5、20)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のインナーチューブ(1、13)。
- 前記内層(8)と前記外層(9)との間に、ゲルから構成される中間層(11)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のインナーチューブ(7)。
- 前記ゲルは、空気との接触で硬化することを特徴とする、請求項3記載のインナーチューブ(7)。
- 前記ゲルは、アガロースを含有することを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載のインナーチューブ(7)。
- 前記内層(14)と前記外層(16)との間に、最大220℃の耐熱性である中間層(22)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のインナーチューブ(13)。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンから構成される中間層(18)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のインナーチューブ(13)。
- 前記外層(3、9、13、25)は、発泡していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のインナーチューブ(1、7、13、24)。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のインナーチューブ(1、7、13、24)の製造方法において、エンドレスチューブ状の多層押出物から2つのチューブ端を備えた半加工品を切断し、前記半加工品をドーナツ状に閉じ、前記2つのチューブ端を互いに溶接することを特徴とする、方法。
- 先ず、第1の前記チューブ端の内側で継ぎ目に保護層を施与し、その後、第2の前記チューブ端を前記第1のチューブ端を越えて前記継ぎ目に押し込み、最後に、前記各チューブ端を、互いに向き合って近づく2つのクランプジョーの間の前記継ぎ目で平らに圧着して、この位置で溶接し、ここで、前記保護層は、前記第1のチューブ端の前記内側の溶接を妨げることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の方法。
