Claims (19)

少なくとも1つの酸を含む酸性溶液であって、前記過酸化水素および酸が、前記過酸化水素が室温で分解して目に見える気泡を形成しないような濃度で存在する酸性溶液であって、前記過酸化水素および酸が、前記組成物が室温より高い高温で金属および硫化鉄スケールと接触した後、硫化鉄スケールを有する金属から硫化鉄スケールが除去されるような濃度で存在し、前記過酸化水素および酸が金属上に孔食が生じないような濃度で存在し、前記金属は炭素鋼を含む、酸性溶液と、
を含む。 - 過酸化水素安定剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記過酸化水素安定剤が、スズ酸塩、アセトアニリド、フェノール、ピロリン酸塩、硝酸塩、有機ホスホネート、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記過酸化水素安定剤がスズ酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項2または3に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸性溶液が酢酸を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、増粘剤、キレート剤、界面活性剤、発泡剤、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される成分をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記過酸化水素が前記組成物の0.5重量%〜1.5重量%で存在し、前記酢酸が前記組成物の0.25重量%〜2.5重量%で存在する、請求項5または6に記載の組成物。
- 室温より高い高温が少なくとも95℃である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 高温で前記組成物を金属および硫化鉄スケールと接触させて6時間後に、炭素鋼に対する腐食が0.05lbs/ft2未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 金属上のスケールを溶解するのに適した低腐食性方法であって、前記スケールが硫化鉄スケールを含む、前記方法は、
過酸化水素を含む過酸化水素水溶液と、少なくとも1つの酸を含む酸性溶液とを混合して混合物を生成するステップであって、前記過酸化水素および酸は、前記過酸化水素が室温で分解して目に見える気泡を形成しないような濃度で存在する、混合するステップと、
前記混合物を硫化鉄スケールを含む金属に適用するステップと、
組成物が室温より高い高温で金属および硫化鉄スケールと接触した後に、硫化鉄スケールの少なくとも一部が金属から除去されるように、室温より高い高温で前記混合物と前記硫化鉄スケールを含む金属との間の接触を促進するステップであって、前記過酸化水素および酸は金属上に孔食が生じないような濃度で存在し、前記金属は炭素鋼を含む、促進するステップと、
を含む。 - 過酸化水素安定剤を添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記過酸化水素安定剤が、スズ酸塩、アセトアニリド、フェノール、ピロリン酸塩、硝酸塩、有機ホスホネート、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。

- 前記過酸化水素が前記混合物の0.5重量%〜1.5重量%で存在し、前記酢酸が前記混合物の0.25重量%〜2.5重量%で存在する、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 前記室温より高い高温が少なくとも95℃である、請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素鋼に対する腐食が、6時間の接触促進後に0.05lbs/ft2未満である、請求項10〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物を硫化鉄スケールを含む金属に適用するステップが、炭化水素製造作業に使用される坑井内で実行される、請求項10〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
