Abstract
Description
−チオ尿素誘導体、
−スルタイン界面活性剤、ベタイン界面活性剤、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される第1の種類の両性界面活性剤、
−第2の種類の両性界面活性剤、並びに
−溶媒
を含む。
−チオ尿素誘導体、
−ベタイン界面活性剤、
−両性界面活性剤、及び
−溶媒
を含む腐食抑制剤組成物と、を含む、改質された酸組成物が提供される。
−チオ尿素誘導体、
−スルタイン界面活性剤、ベタイン界面活性剤、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される第1の種類の両性界面活性剤、
−第2の種類の両性界面活性剤、並びに
−溶媒
を含む。
50重量%の尿素水溶液で出発する。85重量%のオルトリン酸溶液を添加し、すべての反応が完全に終止するまで循環させる。水を所望の50%濃度になるまでただちに添加する。
合成の又は改質された酸組成物の存在下での本発明によるいくつかの異なる腐食抑制パッケージについて以下の表に概略されている以下の腐食試験を、塩類溶液水で希釈して最高135℃の温度でさまざまな曝露時間について実施した(異なる温度も使用した−表の表題に示されている)。望ましい結果は、lb/ft2の腐食数が0.05以下であるものとした。より好ましくは、該数は0.02以下とする。腐食試験の結果を以下に報告する。
Claims (38)
- ダウンホール石油産業活動で使用するためのクロムに優しい改質された酸組成物と共に使用するための液状腐食抑制剤組成物であって、前記腐食抑制剤組成物が、
−チオ尿素誘導体、
−スルタイン界面活性剤、ベタイン界面活性剤、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される第1の種類の両性界面活性剤、
−第2の種類の両性界面活性剤、並びに
−溶媒
を含む、液状腐食抑制剤組成物。 - 前記チオ尿素誘導体が1,3ジエチル−2−チオ尿素である、請求項1に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記スルタイン界面活性剤及びベタイン界面活性剤が、アミドベタイン界面活性剤、アミドスルタイン界面活性剤、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記アミドベタイン界面活性剤が、C8〜C16の疎水性尾部を含むアミドベタインである、請求項3に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- C8〜C16の疎水性尾部を含む前記アミドベタインが、コカミドプロピルベタインである、請求項4に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記第2の種類の両性界面活性剤が、ベータ−アラニン、N−(2−カルボキシエチル)−N−ドデシルのナトリウム塩(1:1)である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記溶媒が、水、メタノール、エタノール、及びイソプロパノール、並びにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるアルコールである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記溶媒が、イソプロパノール−水、イソプロパノール−メタノール、メタノール−エタノール、エタノール−水及びメタノール−水からなる群から選択される組合せである、請求項7に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記チオ尿素誘導体が、前記組成物の重量の10〜90%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記チオ尿素誘導体が、前記組成物の重量の15〜50%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記チオ尿素誘導体が、前記組成物の重量の20〜40%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記チオ尿素誘導体が、前記組成物の重量のおよそ30%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記ベタイン界面活性剤が、前記組成物の重量の5〜90%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記ベタイン界面活性剤が、前記組成物の重量の5〜30%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記第2の界面活性剤が、前記組成物の重量の5〜90%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記第2の界面活性剤が、前記組成物の重量の5〜30%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記溶媒が、前記組成物の重量の10〜90%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記溶媒が、前記組成物の重量の20〜80%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記溶媒が、前記組成物の重量の30〜70%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 前記溶媒が、前記組成物の重量の40〜60%の範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 酸組成物と共に使用するための、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の腐食抑制剤組成物であって、前記酸組成物が、HCl、0.1:1.0の範囲のモル比のHCl−尿素、リン酸、及び0.1:1以上のモル比の尿素−リン酸又はその誘導体からなる群から選択される、腐食抑制剤組成物。
- HCl、HCl−尿素、リン酸−尿素及びリン酸誘導体からなる群から選択される酸と、
−チオ尿素誘導体、
−ベタイン界面活性剤、
−両性界面活性剤、及び
−溶媒
を含む腐食抑制剤組成物と、を含む、改質された酸組成物。 - 前記リン酸誘導体が、ポリリン酸、オルトリン酸(H3PO4)、ピロリン酸(H4P2O7)、トリポリリン酸(H5P3O10)、テトラポリリン酸(H6P4O13)、トリメタリン酸(H3P3O9)、及びリン酸無水物(P4O10)からなる群から選択される、請求項21に記載の改質された酸組成物。
- 累層を刺激するために前記石油産業で使用するための、請求項21に記載の腐食抑制剤組成物。
