Abstract
Description
本発明は、塩化物または任意のハロゲン化物を実質的に含み得ない混合電荷ポリマーを含む洗剤配合物に関する。
実施例1:3−(アリルオキシ)−2−ヒドロキシ−N,N,N−トリメチルプロパン−1−アミニウムメタクリレート
3首の2リットルの完全ジャケット付き丸底フラスコに、オーバーヘッドスターラ、ドライアイスコンデンサ、および温度プローブを取り付ける。フラスコに、30.04重量パーセント(重量%)のトリメチルアミン(TMA)水溶液(1.14モル)225グラム(g)および4−ヒドロキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−1−ピペリジニルオキシ(「4−ヒドロキシTEMPO」または「4−HT」としても知られる)阻害剤0.20g(675ppm)を添加する。ジャケットの温度を摂氏1度(℃)に設定し、オーバーヘッドスターラを毎分240回転数で作動させる。TMA溶液の温度が5℃に到達したときに、1時間かけて98.5グラム(1.15モル)の氷メタクリル酸を滴加する。反応器のジャケット温度を使用し、氷メタクリル酸の添加速度を調整して、反応温度を4〜8℃に維持する。得られたアミニウム塩溶液は、透明でわずかに黄橙色である。さらに30分間攪拌した後、1時間かけて溶液をゆっくりと室温に到達させる。ジャケットの冷却温度を40℃に設定する。溶液温度が30℃になったら、添加速度を調整して温度を38〜42℃の範囲にとどまるように制御しながら、アリルグリシジルエーテル(AGE)131g(1.15モル)を溶液に90分かけて滴加する。AGEの添加が完了した後、溶液温度は10分間で43℃まで上昇し、その後15分間で38℃まで低下した。溶液を38℃で2時間攪拌し、その間に、溶液は混濁から反応完了を示す単一の透明相に変化する。
実施例2:混合電荷ポリマーを形成するための実施例1の重合(高濃度のモノマーおよび低Mwの得られたポリマー)
2リットルの丸底フラスコにオーバーヘッドスターラ、熱電対、窒素バブラ、還流コンデンサ、シリンジポンプ、および往復ポンプを装備する。フラスコに脱イオン水137.5g、主に3−(アリルオキシ)−2−ヒドロキシ−N,N,N−トリメチルプロパン−1−アミニウムメタクリレートを含有する実施例1の生成物の65.3重量%の溶液68.96g、および脱イオン水中の硫酸鉄(II)の0.15重量%の溶液1.66gを充填する。加熱マントルを使用して、フラスコ内の得られた溶液の温度を72℃まで上げる。脱イオン水中の26.5重量%のメタ重亜硫酸ナトリウム(SMBS)溶液4.76gの溶液をフラスコに直接注ぐ。フラスコへの(a)脱イオン水15g中の過硫酸ナトリウム溶液1.42g(b)脱イオン水60g中のSMBS溶液28.24g、および(c)氷アクリル酸160gの3つの供給を同時に開始する。(a)95分、(b)80分、(c)90分間かけてフラスコに供給する。フラスコ内の溶液温度を73℃に維持する。添加が完了した後、溶液を73℃でさらに10分間維持する。脱イオン水6g中に過硫酸ナトリウム溶液0.265gを10分間かけて添加し、73℃でさらに20分間保持する。50重量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液75gを添加し、続いて35重量%の過酸化水素水溶液1.36g、続いて50重量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液48gを添加しながら溶液を冷却させる。脱イオン水10gを添加してすすぐ。
2リットルの丸底フラスコに、オーバーヘッドスターラ、熱電対、窒素バブラ、還流コンデンサ、シリンジポンプ、および往復ポンプを装備する。フラスコに脱イオン水137.5g、主に3−(アリルオキシ)−2−ヒドロキシ−N,N,N−トリメチルプロパン−1−アミニウムメタクリレートを含有する実施例1の生成物の65.2重量%の溶液32.08g、および脱イオン水中の硫酸鉄(II)の0.15重量%の溶液1.66gを充填する。加熱マントルを使用して、フラスコ内の得られた溶液の温度を72℃まで上げる。脱イオン水中の15.7重量%のメタ重亜硫酸ナトリウム(SMBS)溶液4.15gの溶液をフラスコに直接注ぐ。フラスコへの(a)脱イオン水15g中の過硫酸ナトリウム溶液0.73g(b)脱イオン水60g中のSMBS溶液14.7g、および(c)氷アクリル酸180gの3つの供給を同時に開始する。(a)95分、(b)80分、および(c)90分間かけてフラスコに供給する。フラスコ内の溶液温度を73℃に維持する。添加が完了した後、溶液を73℃でさらに10分間維持する。脱イオン水3.5g中に過硫酸ナトリウム溶液0.265gを10分間かけて添加し、73℃でさらに20分間保持する。50重量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液75gを添加し、続いて35重量%の過酸化水素水溶液1.8g、続いて50重量%の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液40gを添加しながら溶液を冷却させる。脱イオン水18gを添加してすすぐ。
自動食器洗浄用洗剤における本発明の混合電荷ポリマーの効力を実証するために、実施例2および3を含む洗剤の食器洗浄結果を、実施例2(比較例A)および実施例3(比較例B)の塩素化変形例を含む洗剤の食器洗浄結果と比較する。
丸底フラスコに、オーバーヘッドスターラ、熱電対、窒素バブラ、還流コンデンサ、シリンジポンプ、および往復ポンプを装備する。フラスコに脱イオン水137.5g、0.15重量%の脱イオン水中の硫酸鉄(II)溶液1.66gを充填する。加熱マントルを使用して、フラスコ内の得られた溶液の温度を72℃まで上げる。脱イオン水3.5g中にSMBS溶液0.17gを反応器に直接注ぐ。
丸底フラスコに、オーバーヘッドスターラ、熱電対、窒素バブラ、還流コンデンサ、シリンジポンプ、および往復ポンプを装備する。フラスコに脱イオン水140g、脱イオン水中の0.15重量%の硫酸鉄(II)溶液1.66gを充填する。加熱マントルを使用して、フラスコ内の得られた溶液の温度を72℃まで上げる。脱イオン水3.5g中のSMBSの溶液0.19gを反応器に直接注ぐ。
表1に従って洗剤組成物を調製し、1つの組成物は、「ポリマー成分」として実施例2、実施例3、比較例A、および比較例Bの各々を使用する。
Claims (5)
- 0.5〜10重量パーセントの混合電荷ポリマーと、1〜10重量パーセントの非イオン性界面活性剤とを含む洗剤配合物であって、重量パーセントが、総洗剤配合物重量に対するものであり、前記混合電荷ポリマーが、複数の独立したペンダント第4級アンモニウム官能基およびカルボン酸官能基を含み、前記ペンダント第4級アンモニウム基が、Aが前記ポリマーの骨格に結合している式Iの構造を有し、
- 前記混合電荷ポリマーの重量平均分子量が、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによって決定されるように、2,000〜100,000ダルトンである、請求項1に記載の洗剤配合物。
- 前記洗剤配合物が、洗剤重量に対して1重量%未満の塩化物を含有する、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の洗剤配合物。
- 前記洗剤配合物が、総洗剤配合物重量に対して、20〜60重量パーセントの無機ビルダーをさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の洗剤配合物。
- 前記洗剤配合物が、総洗剤配合物重量に基づいて、1〜30重量パーセントのアニオン性界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の洗剤配合物。
