Claims (20)
- オレフィン及び/又はジエンを製造するプロセスであって、
炭化水素含有フィードを熱分解して、オレフィン及びパラフィンの混合物を含有する分解炭化水素エフルエントを生成する工程であって、上記炭化水素含有フィード中の炭化水素の転化率が約20%〜50%の範囲である工程と、
上記分解炭化水素エフルエントを接触分解して、追加のオレフィン及び/又はジエンを含有する接触分解エフルエントを生成する工程と
を含むプロセス。 - 上記分解炭化水素エフルエントは、上記接触分解工程前に分離されない、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 直接又は間接熱交換により上記分解炭化水素エフルエントを冷却することを更に含む請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 上記熱分解は熱分解反応器で実施され、上記熱分解反応器から回収された上記分解炭化水素エフルエントは約550℃〜約800℃の範囲の温度である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 上記分解炭化水素エフルエントを接触分解する前に、上記分解炭化水素エフルエントを約550℃〜約750℃の範囲の温度まで冷却することを更に含む請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 上記接触分解エフルエントを、水素留分、メタン留分、C2留分、エチレン留分、エタン留分、C3留分、プロピレン留分、プロパン留分、C4留分、ブタジエン留分、ブテン留分、ブタン留分、及びC5+含有留分から選択される1つ以上の留分に分離することを更に含む請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 蒸気、二酸化炭素及び/又は窒素を上記炭化水素含有フィードと混合して希釈フィード混合物を形成することを更に含む請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 上記希釈フィード混合物の蒸気/炭化水素比は、重量で約0.05〜0.2の範囲である、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- オレフィン及び/又はジエンを製造するシステムであって、
炭化水素含有フィードを熱分解して、オレフィン及びパラフィンの混合物を含有する分解炭化水素エフルエントを生成するための反応ゾーンと、
上記分解炭化水素エフルエントを接触分解して、追加のオレフィン及び/又はジエンを含有する接触分解炭化水素エフルエントを生成するための接触分解反応ゾーンと
を有するシステム。 - 上記分解炭化水素エフルエントを成分分離せずに上記接触分解反応ゾーンに移すためのフィードラインを更に有する請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 炭化水素フィードを上記分解炭化水素エフルエントと混合して、上記分解炭化水素エフルエントの温度を下げるためのフィードラインを更に有する請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 上記熱分解反応ゾーンは熱分解反応器を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 上記接触分解反応ゾーンはライザー反応器を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 上記接触分解反応ゾーンは、ずらして作動される並列した2つ以上の固定床を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 上記炭化水素含有フィードを蒸気、二酸化炭素又は窒素のうち1つ以上と混合するためのフィードラインを更に有する請求項9に記載のシステム。
- オレフィン及び/又はジエンを製造するプロセスであって、
1種以上の炭化水素を含有する炭化水素フィードストックを熱分解反応器の対流ゾーンで加熱して加熱炭化水素混合物を形成する工程と、
上記加熱炭化水素混合物を蒸気と混合して、蒸気/炭化水素比が0.04〜0.2の範囲である混合フィードストックを形成する工程と、
上記混合フィードストックを上記熱分解反応器の上記対流ゾーンで加熱する工程と、
上記混合フィードストックを上記熱分解反応器の放射ゾーンで反応させて、上記炭化水素の一部を転化して、オレフィン及びパラフィンの混合物を含有する分解炭化水素エフルエントを生成する工程と、
上記分解炭化水素エフルエント全体を、上記分解炭化水素エフルエントを接触分解するための接触分解反応ゾーンに供給して、追加のオレフィン及び/又はジエンを含有する接触分解炭化水素エフルエントを生成する工程と、
上記接触分解炭化水素エフルエントを分離して、水素留分、メタン留分、C2留分、エチレン留分、エタン留分、C3留分、プロピレン留分、プロパン留分、C4留分、ブタジエン留分、ブテン留分、ブタン留分、及びC5+含有留分から選択される1つ以上の留分を回収する工程と
を含むプロセス。 - 上記接触分解反応ゾーンはライザー反応器を有する、請求項16に記載のプロセス。
- ナフサ留分を上記ライザー反応器に供給することを更に含む請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 上記接触分解反応ゾーンは、ずらして作動される並列した2つ以上の固定床を有する、請求項16に記載のプロセス。
- 直接又は間接熱交換により上記分解炭化水素エフルエントを冷却することを更に含む請求項16に記載のプロセス。
