Claims (29)
- 炭化水素の接触分解のための方法であって、
第一の平均粒径及び密度を有する第一のクラッキング触媒と第二の平均粒径及び密度を有する第二のクラッキング触媒とを含む使用済み触媒を、触媒再生容器において再生して、前記第一のクラッキング触媒と前記第二のクラッキング触媒とを含む再生された触媒を形成し、その際、前記第一のクラッキング触媒の平均粒径は前記第二のクラッキング触媒の平均粒径より小さく;
ライザー反応器において、第一の炭化水素供給物を前記再生された触媒の第一の部分と並流で接触させて、第一のクラッキングされた炭化水素生成物と使用済み混合触媒フラクションとを含む第一の流出物を生成し;
前記再生された触媒の第二の部分を向流反応器へと供給し;
同時に前記向流反応器において、
密度及び粒径のうち少なくともひとつに基づいて、前記第二のクラッキング触媒から前記第一のクラッキング触媒を分離し、
第二の炭化水素供給物を前記第二のクラッキング触媒と向流で接触させて、第二のクラッキングされた炭化水素生成物を生成し;
前記第二のクラッキングされた炭化水素生成物と前記第一のクラッキング触媒とを含む前記向流反応器から第二の流出物を回収し;そして、
使用済みの第二の触媒を含む第三の流出物を回収し;
前記第一の流出物及び前記第二の流出物を解放容器に供給して、前記第一のクラッキングされた炭化水素生成物及び前記第二のクラッキングされた炭化水素生成物から、前記使用済み混合触媒フラクションと前記分離された第一のクラッキング触媒を分離し;
前記分離された触媒を前記解放容器から前記触媒再生容器に前記使用済み触媒として供給する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記使用済み触媒を前記解放容器から使用済み触媒ストリッパーに供給して、前記分離した触媒を前記触媒再生容器に供給する前に、前記分離した触媒から追加の炭化水素を分離することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記第三の炭化水素フラクションの流速を調節することにより、前記急冷された流出物の温度を制御することをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第三の炭化水素フラクションがライトサイクルオイルを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の流出物を急冷媒体と接触させることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 0.01m/s〜1.0m/sの範囲のガス空塔速度で前記向流反応器を運転し、前記向流反応器の前記ガス空塔速度が、前記第一のクラッキング触媒を前記第二のクラッキング触媒から分離するのに充分である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のクラッキング触媒がY型ゼオライト触媒を含み、前記第二のクラッキング触媒がZSM−5触媒を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記向流反応器が、低部ストリッピング帯域、中間反応帯域、及び上部触媒分離帯域を含み、前記方法が、前記中間反応帯域が480kg/m3 〜800kg/m3の範囲の触媒床密度を有するように前記向流反応器を運転することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記再生された触媒の第二の部分を向流反応器へと供給するための流れ導管と

前記向流反応器は、同時に、

- 前記反応帯域の高さが、前記向流反応器の直径の2〜10倍の範囲である、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記解放容器が、
前記第一の流出物中の前記クラッキングされた炭化水素から前記混合された触媒の第一の部分を分離するための第一ステージサイクロンと、
前記第一の流出物中の前記クラッキングされた炭化水素から前記混合された触媒の第二の部分を分離し、前記第二の流出物中の前記クラッキングされた炭化水素から前記分離された第一のクラッキング触媒を分離するための第二ステージサイクロンと
を含む、請求項18に記載の装置。 - 未使用又はメークアップの第一のクラッキング触媒を前記触媒再生容器に供給するための流れ導管をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 未使用又はメークアップの第二のクラッキング触媒を前記触媒再生容器及び前記向流反応器のうち少なくともひとつに供給するための流れ導管をさら含む、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 未使用又はメークアップの第二のクラッキング触媒を前記向流反応器に供給するための流れ導管をさら含む、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記向流反応器が、前記第二のクラッキング触媒と前記第二の炭化水素供給物との接触を密にし、チャネリング、気泡成長、又は凝集を、低減又は最小限にするためのバッフル及び内部構造物のうち少なくともひとつを含む、請求項18に記載の装置。
