Claims (10)
- 炭化水素供給物を反応器へ供給すること、

該炭化水素生成物を該触媒から分離すること、を含む流動接触分解方法。 - 流動化気体を該反応器へ分配し、該反応器内の該触媒を流動化することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流動接触分解方法。
- 該硫化剤を該炭化水素供給物または該流動化気体に添加し、または該硫化剤を含む流動化気体を供給することをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の流動接触分解方法。
- 第一の流動接触分解反応器内の第一の炭化水素供給物を分解して第一の分解生成物を供給し、該第一の分解生成物の一部を該反応器に該炭化水素供給物として供給することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流動接触分解方法。
- 該第一の分解生成物を分別して該炭化水素供給物を該反応器へ供給することをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の流動接触分解方法。
- 該第一の分解生成物を分別して硫化水素を含む乾性ガス流を供給し、該乾性ガス流が該硫化剤を供給することをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の流動接触分解方法。
- 該硫化剤が硫化メチル、硫化水素、メルカプタン、および多硫化物を包含する、請求項1に記載の流動接触分解方法。
- 該反応器内の流体の硫黄濃度を20wppm〜2000wppmの間に維持することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流動接触分解方法。
- 該炭化水素供給物が10以下の炭素原子を有する炭化水素を主に含む、請求項1に記載の流動接触分解方法。
- 炭化水素供給物を触媒に接触させて生成物を生産するためのライザーと、
触媒を該ライザーに送るための該ライザーに連通する触媒管と、
炭化水素供給物を運ぶための供給物ラインと、
