Abstract

Описується пристрій та спосіб флюїд-каталітичного крекінгу, які забезпечують ефективне перетворення важкої вуглеводневої сировини на легкі олефіни, ароматичні вуглеводні та бензин. Реактор з зустрічним потоком, який функціонує в режимах барботування або турбулентного псевдорозрідження, є об'єднаним з ліфт-реактором для флюїд-каталітичного крекінгу. Важка вуглеводнева сировина піддається каталітичному крекінгові до лігроїну та легких олефінів у ліфт-реакторі, реакторі з паралельним потоком. Для збільшення виходу та селективності до легких олефінів піддані крекінгові вуглеводневі продукти з ліфт-реактора, такі, як С4 та вуглеводні лігроїнового діапазону, піддають рециркуляції та переробці у реакторі з зустрічним потоком. Об'єднання реактора з зустрічним потоком з традиційним ліфт-реактором для FCC та системою регенерації каталізатора дозволяє долати проблеми теплового балансу, які зазвичай є пов'язаними з двоетапними процесами крекінгу, значною мірою збільшувати загальне перетворення та вихід легких олефінів і/або збільшувати здатність до переробки більш важкої сировини.
