Claims (10)
- バスバー上に重ねられる複数のバッテリーセルの電極リード同士に幅方向に沿ってスポット溶接を行うとき、前記バスバー上に前記電極リードが密着するように加圧するスポット溶接用ジグであって、
溶接用レーザーが通過する透過部と、前記透過部の内部空間を垂直に分割する所定個数の隔壁とを含むことを特徴とするスポット溶接用ジグ。 - 前記透過部は、第1透過部及び第2透過部を含み、
前記スポット溶接用ジグは、
前記第1透過部を備えるジグ本体と、
前記ジグ本体の下部に結合する上端部、前記第1透過部と連通する前記第2透過部、及び前記バスバーのサイズに対応するサイズで形成された下端部を備える溶接ガイドブロックとを含み、
前記隔壁は、前記第2透過部に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスポット溶接用ジグ。 - 前記溶接ガイドブロックは、
前記複数の隔壁が前記電極リードと接触する下端部まで延びることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスポット溶接用ジグ。 - 前記溶接ガイドブロックは、前記ジグ本体に着脱自在に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のスポット溶接用ジグ。
- 前記ジグ本体の両側面と前記溶接ガイドブロックの両側面のうち一方には係止爪が設けられ、他方には係止溝が設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスポット溶接用ジグ。
- レーザー発生装置の本体に前記ジグ本体を連結するコネクティングロッドをさらに含み、
前記コネクティングロッドは、前記ジグ本体の上面両側端にそれぞれ一つずつ設けられ、前記ジグ本体の上面からコイルスプリングが嵌められた状態で垂直に延在するように配置される支持ロッドと、前記支持ロッドの長手方向に沿って並進運動可能に前記支持ロッドに連結される加圧ロッドとを含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載のスポット溶接用ジグ。 - 前記溶接ガイドブロックは、前記ジグ本体よりも厚さが相対的に薄く形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載のスポット溶接用ジグ。
- 前記ジグ本体の下端部に設けられ、前記溶接用レーザーを吸収する遮断部及び前記溶接用レーザーを通過させるパターン形成部を備えるマスクをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のスポット溶接用ジグ。
- 前記パターン形成部は、多数のトルネードパターンで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスポット溶接用ジグ。
- 請求項1〜請求項9のうちいずれか一項に記載のスポット溶接用ジグを含むレーザー溶接装置。
