Claims (10)
- 少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルを支持するための治具本体と、
前記治具本体の両端部に備えられ、前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルの電極リード同士をレーザー仮付け溶接するとき、前記電極リード同士の密着をガイドする密着ガイドユニットとを含む、バッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。 - 前記治具本体は、
前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルの下側を支持する第1支持部材と、
前記第1支持部材に回動自在にヒンジ結合され、前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルの上側を支持する第2支持部材とを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。 - 前記密着ガイドユニットは、
前記第1支持部材の両端部に備えられる第1ガイド部材と、
前記第1ガイド部材との間に前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルの電極リードを介在させて前記第1ガイド部材と対向配置され、前記第2支持部材の両端部に備えられる第2ガイド部材とを含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。 - 前記密着ガイドユニットは、作業者などの操作によって前記第1ガイド部材と前記第2ガイド部材とをさらに密着させる少なくとも一つのノブボルトを含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。
- 前記第2ガイド部材は、
前記第2支持部材の両端部に取り付けられる垂直プレート部と、
前記垂直プレート部の下端部から折り曲げられ、前記第1ガイド部材との間に前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルの電極リードを介在させて前記第1ガイド部材と対向配置される水平プレート部とを含む、請求項3又は4に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。 - 前記水平プレート部には、前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルの電極リード同士をレーザー仮付け溶接するため、前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルの電極リードの一部を露出させる仮付け溶接ガイドスリットが備えられる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。
- 前記仮付け溶接ガイドスリットは、前記水平プレート部の長手方向に沿って所定の長さで形成される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。
- 前記水平プレート部の下端幅は、前記第1ガイド部材の上端幅に対応する、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。
- 前記ノブボルトは、一対で備えられ、
前記一対のノブボルトは、前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーセルの電極リードを介在させて対向配置される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具。 - 三つのバッテリーセルが前記治具本体に取り付けられ、
前記三つのバッテリーセルの電極リード同士は、前記密着ガイドユニットによって相互密着した後、レーザー仮付け溶接される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセルの電極リード仮付け溶接治具の使用方法。
