Abstract
Description
そして、本発明は、バッテリーモジュールの製造方法であって、複数個のバッテリーセルと複数個の接着シートとを交互に積層し、積層ジグ内に前記複数個のバッテリーセルと複数個の接着シートを積層する段階と、前記複数個のバッテリーセルと接着シートをアラインする段階と、前記積層ジグ内に前記複数個のバッテリーセルと複数個の接着シートを仮固定する段階と、前記複数個の接着シートが溶けて接着力が活性化するように前記積層ジグを所定の温度以上に加熱する段階と、前記複数個のバッテリーセルが接着された後、前記積層ジグを取り除く段階と、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュールの製造方法を提供する。

Claims (12)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互に積層される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの間に備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルのアライン後に接着力が発生する複数個の接着シートと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個の接着シートは、
所定の温度以上の熱で溶けることで接着力が発生する熱接着シートとして備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個の接着シートは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルのアライン後、前記複数個のバッテリーセルと共に仮固定され、所定の温度以上で溶けて前記複数個のバッテリーセルを接着させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーセルは、各々、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケース本体及び前記ケース本体から延びるケーステラス部を含む電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースのケーステラス部から突出し、前記電極組立体と電気的に接続する一対の電極リードと、を含み、
前記複数個の接着シートは、各々、
前記ケース本体の上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個の接着シートは、各々、
前記ケース本体の面積に対応する面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個の接着シートは、
各々のケース本体の上において相互に所定の距離で離隔して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - バッテリーモジュールの製造方法であって、
複数個のバッテリーセルと複数個の接着シートとを交互に積層し、積層ジグ内に前記複数個のバッテリーセルと前記複数個の接着シートを積層する段階と、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルと前記接着シートをアラインする段階と、
前記積層ジグ内に前記複数個のバッテリーセルと前記複数個の接着シートを仮固定する段階と、
前記複数個の接着シートが溶けて接着力が活性化するように前記積層ジグを所定の温度以上に加熱する段階と、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルが接着された後、前記積層ジグを取り除く段階と、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーセルと接着シートをアラインする段階が、少なくとも一回以上行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記複数個のバッテリーセルは、各々、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケース本体及び前記ケース本体から延びるケーステラス部を含む電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースのケーステラス部から突出し、前記電極組立体と電気的に接続する一対の電極リードと、を含み、
前記複数個の接着シートは、各々、
前記ケース本体の上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記複数個の接着シートは、各々、
前記ケース本体の面積に対応する面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。 - 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項11に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
