Claims (10)
- バッテリーセルであって、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と電気的に接続される一対の電極リードと、
前記一対の電極リードを少なくとも部分的に前記バッテリーセルの前後方向へ突出するように収容し、前記電極組立体を収容可能な収容空間を形成する電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの両側面及び上下面を統合的にカバーするテーピングユニットと、を含み、
前記テーピングユニットは、
前記電池ケースの両側面及び上下面をカバーするメインテープと、
前記電池ケースの上下面を囲むように前記メインテープに付着される補助テープと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーセル。 - バッテリーセルであって、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と電気的に接続される一対の電極リードと、
前記一対の電極リードを少なくとも部分的に前記バッテリーセルの前後方向へ突出するように収容し、前記電極組立体を収容可能な収容空間を形成する電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの両側面及び上下面を統合的にカバーするテーピングユニットと、を含み、
前記テーピングユニットは、
前記電池ケースの両側面及び上下面に一体で付着されるメインテープと、
前記メインテープに付着され、前記メインテープを前記電池ケースに付着するとき、前記メインテープを介在して前記電池ケースの上下面に対向して配置される一対の補助テープと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーセル。 - 前記電池ケースの上下面には、少なくとも一回折り畳まれるウィングフォールディング部が備えられ、
前記テーピングユニットは、前記ウィングフォールディング部に付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーセル。 - 前記テーピングユニットは、
前記電池ケースの両側面及び上下面の少なくとも一面に付着された後、前記電池ケースまたは前記テーピングユニットの少なくとも一つの回転動作によって前記電池ケースの両側面及び上下面に付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセル。 - 前記メインテープが、両面テープであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 前記一対の補助テープが、絶縁テープであることを特徴とする、請求項2または5に記載のバッテリーセル。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、を含む、バッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バッテリーセルは、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と電気的に接続される一対の電極リードと、
前記一対の電極リードを少なくとも部分的に前記バッテリーセルの前後方向へ突出するように収容し、前記電極組立体を収容可能な収容空間を形成する電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの両側面及び上下面を統合的にカバーするテーピングユニットと、を含み、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルは、
前記モジュールケース内で各々のバッテリーセルの両側面に向い合うように相互に積層され、
前記テーピングユニットは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの積層時、向い合うバッテリーセルのテーピングユニットに接着され、前記モジュールケース内で前記複数個のバッテリーセル同士を固定することを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項7または8に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを収容するラックケースと、を含む、バッテリーラック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックを含む、電力貯蔵装置。
