Description
Claims (21)
- 強磁性ワークピースに磁気的に結合するための切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニットであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に取り付けられ、能動N−S極対を有する第1の永久磁石と、
前記第1の永久磁石と積層関係で前記ハウジング内に回転可能に取り付けられ、能動N−S極対を有する第2の永久磁石であり、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で回転可能である第2の永久磁石であって、前記切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニットは前記第2の永久磁石が前記第1の位置にあるときに前記切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニットのワークピース接触界面の前記強磁性ワークピースに利用可能な第1のレベルの磁束を有し、かつ前記第2の永久磁石が前記第2の位置にあるときに前記切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニットの前記ワークピース接触界面の前記強磁性ワークピースに利用可能な第2のレベルの磁束を有し、前記第2のレベルは前記第1のレベルより大きい、第2の永久磁石と、
前記第2の永久磁石の周囲に配置され、少なくとも1つの導電性コイルを通って伝送されている電流に応答して磁場を生成するように構成された少なくとも1つの導電性コイルであって、前記導電性コイルの磁場の成分は前記第2の永久磁石が前記第1の位置にあるときに前記第2の永久磁石の前記能動N−S極対に沿ってS極からN極へ方向付けられる、少なくとも1つの導電性コイルと
を備える、切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。 - 前記第2の永久磁石を前記第2の位置に保持するための手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記第2の永久磁石を前記第2の位置に保持するように構成された回転制限器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導電性コイルは、前記第1の永久磁石および前記第2の永久磁石の周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記導電性コイルは、前記ハウジングの外側面の周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記導電性コイルは、前記ハウジング内および前記第2の永久磁石の外側面の周囲に配置される、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記第1の永久磁石の前記能動N−S極対は、2つ以上の能動N−S極対を備え、前記第2の永久磁石の前記能動N−S極対は、2つ以上の能動N−S極対を備える、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記導電性コイルの磁場を生成するために前記導電性コイルに電流を供給するように構成された電源をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記第2の永久磁石の前記N−S極対に沿ってS極からN極へ方向付けられた成分は、前記導電性コイルの磁場の全てを含む、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記ハウジングは、2部品のハウジングである、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- 前記ハウジングは、一体構造のハウジングである、請求項1に記載の切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニット。
- ワークピース接触界面において強磁性ワークピースに磁気的に結合するように構成された切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニットの製造方法であって、
能動N−S極対を有する第1の永久磁石を前記ハウジング内に取り付けるステップと、
能動N−S極対を有する第2の永久磁石であり、前記第1の永久磁石に対して第1の位置と第2の位置との間で回転可能である第2の永久磁石であって、前記切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニットは前記第2の永久磁石が前記第1の位置にあるときに前記切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニットのワークピース接触界面の前記強磁性ワークピースに利用可能な第1のレベルの磁束を有し、かつ前記第2の永久磁石が前記第2の位置にあるときに前記切り替え可能な永久磁気ユニットの前記ワークピース接触界面の前記強磁性ワークピースに利用可能な第2のレベルの磁束を有し、前記第2のレベルは前記第1のレベルより大きい、第2の永久磁石を前記第1の永久磁石と積層関係で前記ハウジング内に取り付けるステップと、
少なくとも1つの導電性コイルを通って伝送されている電流に応答して磁場を生成するように構成された少なくとも1つの導電性コイルであって、前記導電性コイルの磁場の成分は前記第2の永久磁石が前記第1の位置にあるときに前記第2の永久磁石の前記能動N−S極対に沿ってS極からN極へ方向付けられる、少なくとも1つの導電性コイルを前記第2の永久磁石の周囲に配置するステップと
を含む、製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導電性コイルは、前記ハウジングの外側面の周囲に配置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導電性コイルは、前記ハウジング内および前記第2の永久磁石の外側面の周囲に配置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導電性コイルは、前記第1の永久磁石および前記第2の永久磁石の周囲に配置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の永久磁石を前記第2の位置に保持するように構成された手段を含むステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の永久磁石に対して設定回転範囲内で前記第2の永久磁石の回転を制限するように構成された回転制限器を含むステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の永久磁石および前記第2の永久磁石の少なくとも一方は、複数の永久磁石を備える、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性コイルの磁場を誘導するために前記導電性コイルに電流を供給するように構成された電源を前記導電性コイルに結合するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジングは、2部品のハウジングである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジングは、一体構造のハウジングである、請求項12に記載の方法。
