Description

本实用新型属于新型生产工具。
查阅了国内有关文献,调查了许多工厂,没见该种工具,查阅了国际上80年代,90年代的专利,查阅美国等英文资料,没见和此实用新型的生产工具完全相同的工具,属于国内首创。
本实用新型是从生产实践中提出来的,现有工厂、车间、商店分离铁板,装卸铁板,都用手分离,费力、效率低,为提高生产效率,克服现有分离铁板的缺点,研究了高效铁板分离器。
高效铁板分离器的技术原理是采用磁场吸引铁磁物质的原理,磁场安培环流定理,用集磁技术,按照被吸物的实际情况,需提供的磁力线穿透深度,设计了合理的磁路,又根据曲柄、杠杆原理,磁场按距离三次方衰减的规律,设计了减磁、卸物装置,综合上述技术、原理研制而成。其主要用途是分离、装卸各种规格的铁板。
本实用新型的主要结构是在一个矩形的外壳体内一条条地并排安装若干条永磁体。在最中间的两条永磁体之间装有转动曲柄杠杆,转动曲柄杠杆可绕固定转柄轴转动,而固定转柄轴是安装在外壳体上的。转动曲柄杠杆的支点在本实用新型的下部。
本实用新型的实物示意图见图1,图1中1是外壳体,其作用是固定永磁体,集磁极,安装减磁装置,及转动曲柄杠杆及支点;2是集磁极,将永磁体的磁密度集中在该极上;3是永磁体,提供磁力;4是把手,用于减磁、卸物,靠它拉开、脱离吸附的铁板;5是转动曲柄杠杆,其作用使本实用新型从铁板移开一定的距离,达到减磁卸物目的;6是固定转柄轴。
本实用新型将曲柄和杠杆结合在一起,工作时使吸附的在铁板与原叠在一起的铁板拉开,上转把手4使转动曲柄杠杆5转动大于10度角度,使吸附铁板脱落。其支点在本实用新型下部支在铁板上,由转轴连接使本实用新型离铁板上升,最后使吸附铁板与原叠在一起的铁板分离。
本实用新型的永磁体3的极性是按一定规律排列的,即在中部靠近转动曲柄杠杆5两侧的永磁体3的下表面为同性磁极;其余永磁体3的下表面磁极按S、N不同极性相间向两侧排列。
本实用新型在设计时,应考虑磁场穿透深度,制成多种规格。一般大小可为:长是150~500mm,宽是100~400mm,高是36~50mm。
本实用新型的效益是解决汽车、轮船、火车、锅炉工业、五金    、商店分离铁板、装卸铁板。不用电,节省能源,节省人力、时间,减少安全事故,使用方便,提高效率十几倍,坚固耐用,价格低,是工厂、五金库、商店的得力助手,使用者如获之宝,该工具可以把工人从繁重的劳动中解放出来,卫生、安全。

Claims (3)

1、一种分离和装卸铁板用的高效铁板分离器,其特征在于,将永磁体3一条条地装在矩形的外壳体1上;在中间的两条永磁体3之间,装有固定转柄轴6,转动曲柄杠杆5装于固定转柄轴6上并可绕其转动,其支点在器具下部。
2、按照权利要求1所述的高效铁板分离器,其特征在于通过集磁极2集磁,形成强磁场。
3、按照权利要求1,2所述的高效铁板分离器,其特征在于所说的永磁体3的极性,按一定规律排列,即,在中部靠近转动曲柄杠杆5两侧的永磁体3的下表面为同性磁极;其余永磁体3的下表面磁极按S、N不同极性相间向两侧排列。
