Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つのセル極(35)を有する少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(34)と集電体(36)とを備えるバッテリパック装置であって、前記セル極(35)は、結合領域(104)において前記集電体(36)と材料結合的に接続されており、前記セル極(35)の壁厚(118)と前記集電体(36)の厚さとの比が最大2.0であり、前記集電体(36)が銅から形成されている、バッテリパック装置。
- 前記セル極(35)の前記壁厚(118)と前記集電体(36)の前記厚さ(116)との比が最大1.5、殊に最大1.0、好ましくは最大0.8に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- 前記結合領域(104)は、少なくとも1つの溶接継ぎ目(102)、特に唯一の始点(106)と唯一の終点(108)とを有する唯一の溶接継ぎ目(102)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目は、その長さの、特にその全長の少なくとも90%にわたって均等な幅(112)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目(102)および/またはさらなる溶接継ぎ目は接触および/または交差しないことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目(102)は、その4倍の幅(112)より少ない、殊にその2倍の幅(112)より少ない、殊にその幅(112)より少ない、殊にその半分の幅(112)より少ない分だけ相互に、またはさらなる溶接継ぎ目から離間されていることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- 前記結合領域(104)は、前記セル極(35)の端面(33)の少なくとも40%、特に60%、殊に80%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溶接継ぎ目(102)は、前記結合領域(104)の少なくとも20%、特に少なくとも35%、殊に少なくとも50%に及ぶことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目(102)は螺旋状であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目(102a)は、直線状であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック装置。
- バッテリパック、特に手持ち式工作機械バッテリパックであって、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック装置(100)を備える、バッテリパック。
- バッテリセル(34)を銅から形成されている集電体(36)と接続するためのレーザ溶接プロセスにおいて、前記バッテリセル(35)と前記集電体(36)とを備えるバッテリパック装置(100)とレーザ光との互いの直線状および/または曲線状の相対運動によって溶接継ぎ目(102)が形成されることを特徴とする、レーザ溶接プロセス。
- 前記相対運動は、50〜2000Hzの範囲、特に100〜400Hzの範囲の周波数で変調され、特に回転変調されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のレーザ溶接プロセス。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目(102)の始点(106)と前記溶接継ぎ目(102)の終点(108)との間でレーザの出力を変化させ、特に低下させることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載のレーザ溶接プロセス。
- 溶接速度は、レーザの最大出力の10%まで、特に20%まで、殊に30%までの変化により良好な溶接継ぎ目(102)を作成するように選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の、特に請求項12の前提部に記載のレーザ溶接プロセス。
- 前記溶接速度は、0.1m/s〜3.0m/sの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のレーザ溶接プロセス。
