Description

そのポリマー組成物が、
(A)熱可塑性ポリアミド、PPS又は熱可塑性ポリエステル、又はそのいずれかのブレンドから選択される熱可塑性ポリマー;及び
(B)二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)と三酸化二ホウ素(B2O3)を主に含むケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維;を含む、製造に関する。
− 脱脂剤で処理する工程;
− アルカリ性エッチング材料で処理する工程;
− 酸中和剤で処理する工程;
− 水溶性アミンの水溶液で処理する工程;
− 酸化的成分で処理する工程;
− 陽極酸化工程;及び
− プライマー材料で処理する工程;
からなる群から選択される1つ又は複数の前処理工程を含む。

その他 補助添加剤:熱安定剤(HS)及びカラーマスターバッチCabot PA3785(カーボンブラック)(MB)
金属プレート アルミニウムプレート、グレードAI6063、測定値18mm×45mm×1.6mm;エタノールで脱脂し、アルカリ性溶液でエッチングし、酸性溶液で中和し、且つアンモニア水溶液で微細エッチング(いわゆる、T処理)することを含むプロセスによって予備処理された。
sc−PPAをベースとする2種類のガラス繊維強化組成物及びPBT及びLDS添加剤をベースとする2種類のガラス繊維強化組成物を、表1の比較実験A及び実施例Iの配合に従って製造した。標準配合条件を用いて二軸スクリュー押出機で製造を行った。
140℃に設定された金型に金属プレートを入れた後に、金属プレートをオーバーモールドし、ポリアミド組成物の融解温度を20℃超える溶融温度で射出成形機からポリアミド組成物を射出することによって、試験試料を作成した。
90℃に設定された金型に金属プレートを入れた後に、金属プレートをオーバーモールドし、270℃の溶融温度で射出成形機からPBT/LDS組成物を射出することによって、試験試料を作成した。
[溶液相対粘度]
PBTのRSV(溶液相対粘度)をISO1628−5に準拠して分析した。この方法では、毛管粘度計を用いたm−クレゾール中の希釈溶液中のPBTの粘度の決定が記載されている。PBT試料を135℃で15分間溶解し、m−クレゾール中で希釈し;濃度は、25℃のm−クレゾール100g中に1グラムであった。m−クレゾールの流下時間及びPBT溶液の流下時間を25℃で測定した。これらの測定値からRSVを計算した。
23℃及び引張速度10mm/分にてISO19095に準拠した方法によって、プラスチック−金属アセンブリにおける接着境界面の接合強度を測定した。その結果は表1に含まれている。
Claims (15)
- ナノ成形技術(NMT)によって金属表面上にプラスチックオーバーモールドすることによる、プラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品を製造する方法であって、
(i)ナノサイズ寸法の表面不規則性の表面部分を有する金属基材を提供する工程;
(ii)ポリマー組成物を提供する工程;
(iii)前記金属基材の表面不規則性を有する前記表面部分の少なくとも一部に直接、前記ポリマー組成物を成形することによって、前記金属基材上にプラスチック構造を形成する工程;を含み、
前記ポリマー組成物が、
(A)熱可塑性ポリアミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)及び熱可塑性ポリエステル、又はそれらのブレンドから選択される熱可塑性ポリマー;及び
(B)二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)と三酸化二ホウ素(B2O3)とを主に含むケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維;を含む、方法。 - 前記金属基材が、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、チタン、チタン合金、鉄、鋼、マグネシウム、及びマグネシウム合金からなる群から選択される材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程i)の前に、クロム酸、リン酸、硫酸、シュウ酸、及びホウ酸からなる群から選択される陽極酸化剤を用いて、前記金属基材を陽極酸化する工程を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維が、前記ケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維の重量に対して少なくとも90重量%の合わせた量で、二酸化ケイ素及び三酸化二ホウ素を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維が:
(a)SiO265〜85重量%;(b)B2O315〜30重量%;(c)酸化ナトリウム(Na2O)又は酸化カリウム(K2O)又はそれらの組み合わせ0〜4重量%;及び(d)他の成分0〜4重量%;からなり;前記重量パーセンテージ(重量%)が、前記ケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維の重量に対するパーセンテージである、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記組成物が、前記ケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維の重量に対して最大で30重量%、好ましくは最大で15重量%の量でEガラス繊維を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、
(A)群(A)の前記熱可塑性ポリマー30〜90重量%、及び
(B)前記ケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維10〜70重量%;を含み、
前記重量パーセンテージ(重量%)が、前記組成物の全重量に対するパーセンテージである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマー(A)が、
脂肪族ポリアミド、半結晶性半芳香族ポリアミド又は非晶質半芳香族ポリアミド、又はそれらのブレンド、好ましくは半結晶性半芳香族ポリアミドと非晶質半芳香族ポリアミドとのブレンド、又は
ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、又はそれらのブレンド、好ましくはPBTとPETとのブレンドを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物が、
(A.1)前記半結晶性半芳香族ポリアミド30〜70重量%、及び
(A.2)前記非晶質半芳香族ポリアミド10〜40重量%;
(B)前記ケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維20〜70重量%;
を含み、
前記重量パーセンテージ(重量%)が、前記組成物の全重量に対するパーセンテージである、請求項89に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物が、
(A.3)PBT30〜70重量%
(A.4)PET10〜40重量%;
(B)前記ケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維20〜70重量%;
を含み、
前記重量パーセンテージ(重量%)が、前記組成物の全重量に対するパーセンテージである、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物が、
(A)前記熱可塑性ポリマー30〜80重量%;
(B)ホウ素ケイ素ガラス繊維20〜70重量%;
(C)少なくとも1つの他の成分0〜30重量%、好ましくは0.1〜20重量%;
からなり、
前記重量パーセンテージが、前記組成物の全重量に対するパーセンテージである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物が、レーザーダイレクトストラクチャリング(LDS)添加剤を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ナノサイズ寸法の表面不規則性を有する表面部分を有する金属部品と接合されたプラスチック材料を含む、プラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品であって、
前記プラスチック材料が、
(A)熱可塑性ポリアミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)及び熱可塑性ポリエステル、又はそれらのブレンドから選択される熱可塑性ポリマー;及び
(B)二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)及び三酸化二ホウ素(B2O3)を主に含むケイ素−ホウ素ガラス繊維;
を含むポリマー組成物である、プラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる、請求項14に記載のプラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、請求項5〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組成を有する、請求項13又は14に記載のプラスチック−金属ハイブリッド部品。
