Claims (18)
- フレームを備えて、熱交換器内のダクトを清掃する可撓性のランスを駆動する装置であって、
フレームには、可撓性のランスを出口開口部の方向へ駆動方向に移動させる駆動機構が配置され、該駆動機構は可撓性のランス上にクランプされ、出口開口部に向かって及び出口開口部から離れるようにフレーム内で移動可能なクランプ部材を備え、
クランプ部材は無端駆動要素上に取り付けられ、無端駆動要素の動的部分は駆動方向に平行に走行し、駆動機構は更にクランプ部材の反対側に配置された少なくとも1つの駆動されないカウンタローラを備え、ランスはクランプ部材とカウンタローラの間にクランプされる、装置。 - カウンタローラはクランプ部材に向かった方向に付勢されて、クランプ部材との間でランスをクランプする、請求項1に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- 駆動機構には複数のカウンタローラが設けられ、前記カウンタローラの回転軸は、実質的に駆動方向に平行な平面内に延びている、請求項1又は2に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- 複数のローラは、フレームに取り付けられた別個のカウンタローラフレーム上に配置され、カウンタローラフレームは、フレームに対して移動可能であり、カウンタローラフレームはフレーム内で付勢されている、請求項2又は3に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- 少なくとも2つのカウンタローラは、駆動されるランスに向かう方向及びランスから離れる方向に互いに移動可能である、請求項3又は4に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- 少なくとも2つのカウンタローラがサブフレームに配置され、サブフレームは旋回可能に配置されて、カウンタローラの相対運動を可能にする、請求項5に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- サブフレームは、カウンタローラフレームに旋回可能に配置された、請求項4又は6に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- 無端駆動要素は、その長手方向に沿って配置された複数の別個のクランプ部材を含む、請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- クランプ部材は、無端駆動要素に旋回可能に接続するように配置された、請求項8に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- クランプ部材は、その長手方向に沿って無端駆動要素上に相互に距離をおいて配置される、請求項8又は9に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- 少なくとも、無端駆動要素の動的部分の端部近くにカウンタローラが配置されている、請求項9又は10に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- カウンタローラは、少なくとも無端駆動要素の動的部分の両端に配置されている、請求項11に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- クランプ部材は、無端駆動要素に接続するように配置されたベース部材を備え、ベース部材はプラスチック製の係合部材を保持する、請求項8乃至12の何れかに記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- ベース部材は実質的にU字形であり、係合部材はU字形の脚部の間に受け入れられる、請求項13に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- クランプ部材には、係合されるランスと少なくとも一部が相補的に形成された係合面が設けられている、請求項1乃至14の何れかに記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- クランプ部材は、V字形のスロットを備えている、請求項15に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- カウンタローラは、駆動システムにランスが供給されない場合、クランプ部材の係合面に実質的に係合するように配置され、カウンタローラの軸とカウンタローラと接触している動的経路上のクランプ部材の上端との間の距離は、カウンタローラの半径以下である、請求項15又は16に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置。
- 請求項1乃至17の何れかの装置に用いられる、クランプ部材を備えた無端駆動要素。
