Claims (15)
- フレーム(3)を備えて、熱交換器内のダクトを清掃する可撓性のランス(11)を駆動する装置(1)であって、
フレーム(3)には、可撓性のランス(11)を出口開口部(5)の方向へ駆動方向に移動させる駆動機構(10)が配置され、該駆動機構(10)は可撓性のランス(11)上にクランプされ、出口開口部(5)に向かって及び出口開口部(5)から離れるようにフレーム(3)内で移動可能な複数の互いに離間したクランプ部材(12)を備え、
複数のクランプ部材(12)は無端駆動要素(13)上に取り付けられ、無端駆動要素(13)の長さ方向に沿って配置され、無端駆動要素(13)の動的部分(14)は駆動方向に平行に走行し、駆動機構(10)は更にクランプ部材(12)の反対側に配置された第2の駆動機構を備え、ランス(11)はクランプ部材(12)と第2の駆動機構の間にクランプされる装置において、
クランプ部材(12)は、無端駆動要素(13)に旋回可能に接続するように配置された、可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。 - クランプ部材(12)は、その長手方向に沿って無端駆動要素(13)上に相互に距離をおいて配置される、請求項1に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- クランプ部材(12)間の距離は、クランプ部材(12)の旋回運動に十分であり、旋回運動は少なくとも5°、より好ましくは少なくとも10°の角度であり、2つのクランプ部材間の距離は、クランプ部材の高さの少なくとも半分である、請求項1又は2に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- クランプ部材(12)は、無端駆動要素(13)に配置された駆動端部と、ランス(11)に接する接触端部を備える、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- クランプ部材(12)は、クランプ部材(12)の駆動端部にて無端駆動要素(13)によって与えられる駆動力及びクランプ部材(12)の接触端部におけるランス(11)の反力により、クランプ部材(12)が駆動方向に対して後方に旋回されるように配置される、請求項4に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- 第2の駆動機構は少なくとも1つの駆動されないカウンタローラ(8)を備え、該カウンタローラ(8)はクランプ部材(12)に向かった方向に付勢されて、クランプ部材との間でランス(11)をクランプする、請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- 駆動機構(10)には複数のカウンタローラ(8)が設けられ、前記カウンタローラ(8)の回転軸は、実質的に駆動方向に平行な平面内に延びている、請求項6に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- 複数のカウンタローラ(8)は、フレーム(3)に取り付けられた別個のカウンタローラフレーム(4)上に配置され、カウンタローラフレーム(4)は、フレーム(3)に対して移動可能であり、カウンタローラフレーム(4)はフレーム(3)内で付勢されている、請求項7に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- 少なくとも2つのカウンタローラ(8)は、駆動されるランス(11)に向かう方向及びランス(11)から離れる方向に互いに移動可能であり、該少なくとも2つのカウンタローラ(8)はサブフレーム(6)に配置され、サブフレーム(6)は旋回可能に配置されて、カウンタローラ(8)の相対運動を可能にする、請求項7又は8に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- サブフレーム(6)は、カウンタローラフレーム(4)に旋回可能に配置された、請求項8又は9に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- 少なくとも、無端駆動要素(13)の動的部分(14)の端部近くにカウンタローラ(8)が配置され、該カウンタローラ(8)は、少なくとも無端駆動要素(13)の動的部分(14)の両端に配置されている、請求項6乃至10の何れかに記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- クランプ部材(12)は、無端駆動要素に接続するように配置されたベース部材(51)を備え、ベース部材(51)はプラスチック製の係合部材(52)を保持し、該ベース部材(51)は実質的にU字形であり、係合部材(52)はU字形の脚部の間に受け入れられる、請求項1乃至11の何れかに記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- クランプ部材(12)には、係合されるランス(11)と少なくとも一部が相補的に形成された係合面が設けられ、クランプ部材(12)は、V字形のスロットを備えている、請求項1乃至12の何れかに記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- カウンタローラ(8)は、駆動システム(11)にランスが供給されない場合、クランプ部材(12)の係合面に実質的に係合するように配置され、カウンタローラ(8)の軸とカウンタローラ(8)と接触している動的部分(14)上のクランプ部材(12)の上端との間の距離は、カウンタローラ(8)の半径以下である、請求項13に記載の可撓性のランスを駆動する装置(1)。
- 請求項1乃至14の何れかの装置に用いられる、クランプ部材(12)を備えた無端駆動要素(13)であって、
無端駆動要素(13)は、その長さに沿って配置された複数の別個のクランプ部材(12)を含み、該クランプ部材(12)が無端駆動要素(13)に旋回可能に接続するように配置されることを特徴とする無端駆動要素(13)。
