Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの接触クリップ(1)を備えるコネクタであって、前記接触クリップ(1)が、
長手方向軸(I)を有する導電性基板(2)と、
前記基板(2)の第1の端部に位置する第1の端子(3)であって、前記第1の端子(3)は少なくとも2つの接触舌部(7)を備えていてそれらの間に長手方向スロット(8)が形成されており、この接触舌部(7)は、前記長手方向軸(I)に垂直な第1の方向(D1)で互いに対して弾性変形可能である、第1の端子(3)と、
前記基板(2)の第2の端部に位置する第2の端子(4)と、を備え、
その非応力状態では、前記第2の端子(4)は、前記基板(2)及び/又は前記第1の端子(3)に対して屈曲し、前記第1の方向(D1)に垂直でありかつ前記長手方向軸(I)に垂直である第2の方向(D2)で、前記基板(2)に対して弾性変形可能であることを特徴とする、コネクタ。 - 前記接触クリップ(1)が、少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能なラグ(6)を更に備え、これがその非応力状態で前記基板(2)に対して屈曲することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記接触クリップ(1)が、前記基板(2)に対して垂直に延在する少なくとも1つの横方向ガイドリブ(5)を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記接触クリップ(1)の前記基板(2)、前記第1の端子(3)、及び前記第2の端子(4)が、銅又は銅合金を含む一体成形のコンポーネント部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。

前記少なくとも1つの接触クリップ(1)の第1の端子(3)が、前記少なくとも1つの雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)の前記スロット(11)内に受容される、好ましくは請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)が、スロット付きシリンダ又はスロット付き丸形パイプの形態を有し、前記雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)内に形成された前記スロット(11)が、前記雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)の長手方向中心軸(II)及び前記長手方向中心軸(II)に垂直な軸(III)によって画定される平面内に延在することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)に形成された前記スロット(11)が、前記少なくとも1つの接触クリップ(1)の前記第1の端子(3)の厚さと等しいか又はより大きい幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記シャーシ(9)が、前記基板(2)及び/又は前記接続クリップ(1)の前記少なくとも1つの横方向ガイドリブ(5)を受容するガイドチャネル(19)を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。

- 前記めっきスルー開口部(17)は、前記雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)の前記スロット(11)の方向に、前記それぞれのめっきスルー開口部(17)内に受容される前記第1の端子(3)の最大幅よりも小さい直径を有し、及び/又は
前記めっきスルー開口部(17)は、前記雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)の前記スロット(11)に対して垂直な方向に、前記それぞれのめっきスルー開口部(17)内に受容される前記雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)の最大幅よりも小さい直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のコネクタ。 - エネルギー消費器(22)、電気エネルギー源(18)、PCB(16)及び請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのコネクタを備える、身体処理デバイス。

・前記少なくとも1つの接触クリップ(1)の前記第1の端子(3)を、前記シャーシ(9)の少なくとも1つの雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)のスロット(11)に挿入することによって、前記シャーシ(9)及び前記少なくとも1つの接触クリップ(1)を予め組み立てることにより、前記第1の端子(3)の少なくとも2つの接触舌部(7)が、前記少なくとも1つの雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)から第1の方向(D1)に横方向に突出するようにする工程と、
・少なくとも1つのスロット付き雄型プラグ(10、10a、10b、10c、10’)をPCB(16)のめっきスルー開口部(17)内に挿入することによって、前記PCB(16)を前記シャーシ(9)の第1の領域上に解放可能に取り付ける工程であって、弾性クランプ力が、前記第1の方向(D1)における前記第1の端子(3)の前記少なくとも2つの接触舌部(7)の弾性変形によって、前記PCB(16)と前記少なくとも1つの接触クリップ(1)との間に生成される、工程と、
・任意選択的に、少なくとも1つの電子コンポーネント(18、22)を前記シャーシ(9)に取り付ける工程と、を含む、組み立て方法。 - 請求項16によって提供される組立品が、ハウジングに挿入されそこに嵌合されて、前記シャーシから前記PCBが解放されないことが確実にされている、請求項16に記載の組み立て方法。
