Abstract
Description
1、本発明は、フレキシブル導電材料からなる格子状の接続キャビティを採用しており、使用時には、当該接続キャビティを、引き伸ばしたり、又は圧縮したりすることができ、かつ半径方向にねじることができ、異なる電気的接続ベース間の軸方向、径方向などの各角度の相対的変位の変化に適応することができ、相対的変位の変化による電気的接続性能の低下を避けることができる。
2、本発明は、導電性プラグに環状の導電性スプリングが設けられているため、コネクタと接続ベースとの間の電気的接続の効果をさらに向上させ、導電性を向上させる。
3、本発明の電気的接続装置は、激しい振動条件での二つのソケット間の電気的接続に使用することができる。

Claims (10)
- コネクタを含み、前記コネクタは、中空の接続キャビティを含み、前記接続キャビティの対向する両側には、接続キャビティに電気的に接続される導電性プラグがそれぞれ接続され、前記接続キャビティは、複数のフレキシブル導電材料によって形成されることを特徴とする、電気的接続装置。
- 前記接続キャビティは、複数のフレキシブル導電材料によって囲まれた略球状の弾性接続キャビティであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記接続キャビティは、格子状のフレキシブル導電材料によって囲まれた略球状の弾性接続キャビティであることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記接続キャビティは、金属リード線をクロスして織られたか、又は金属導電性バンドを引き伸ばして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記接続キャビティと前記導電性プラグとは、圧着又は溶接方式で電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記導電性プラグの一端部が前記接続キャビティ内に延びており、前記接続キャビティ内に延びている二つの導電性プラグの端部の間にスプリングが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記スプリングは、圧縮スプリングであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記導電性プラグは、柱状の導電性プラグ又は円筒状の導電性プラグであり、前記柱状の導電性プラグの外面には、一つ又は複数のスプリング用環状溝が設けられ、前記スプリング用環状溝内には、分離可能な環状の導電性スプリングが設けられ、前記円筒状の導電性プラグの内面には、一つ又は複数のスプリング用環状溝が設けられ、前記スプリング用環状溝内には、分離可能な環状の導電性スプリングが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記柱状の導電性プラグの外壁又は円筒状の導電性プラグの内壁には、一つ又は複数のシール用環状溝がさらに設けられ、前記シール用環状溝は、前記スプリング用環状溝と接続キャビティとの間に位置し、前記シール用環状溝内には、分離可能なシール用ゴムリングが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記電気的接続装置は、一対の接続ベースをさらに含み、前記接続ベースは、前記コネクタの両側に位置し、前記接続ベースは、ベース本体を含み、前記ベース本体には、ベースキャビティ又は突出柱が設けられ、前記ベースキャビティは、前記柱状の導電性プラグの挿入を収容するスペースを有し、前記ベースキャビティは、前記導電性プラグの外面の導電性スプリングと接触し、前記突出柱は、前記円筒状の導電性プラグの筒内に挿入され、その内壁の導電性スプリングに接触することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の電気的接続装置。
