Abstract

本发明公开了一种电连接装置,包含:一连接头,所述连接头包含一中空的连接腔体,所述连接腔体相对的两侧分别连接有一与所述连接腔体导电的导电插头,所述连接腔体由多个柔性导电材料形成,所述导电插头的一端部伸入所述连接腔体内,在伸入所述连接腔体内的两个所述导电插头的端部之间设有一弹簧,所述连接腔体为由多个柔性导电材料围成的弹性连接腔体。本发明采用柔性导电材料制成的网格状的连接腔体,使用时,该连接腔体可拉长或压缩以及径向扭转,可适应不同电连接座之间轴向、径向等各个角度的相对位移变化,避免因相对位移的变化而导致电连接性能变差。

本申请是申请日为2016年12月12日、发明名称为“电连接装置”的中国发明专利申请CN201611137605.0的分案。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电动汽车的电连接接件,更确切地说,是一种柔性的电连接装置。
背景技术
在电动汽车的小空间内,两导体间连接多采用导电铜排、软导线等,这些连接方法多为刚性连接,缓冲性能差,极容易失效,造成电动汽车的故障。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种用于不同导体间电连接的电连接装置,具体包括:
一连接头,所述连接头包含一中空的连接腔体,所述连接腔体相对的两侧分别连接有一与所述连接腔体导电的导电插头,所述连接腔体由多个柔性导电材料形成,所述导电插头的一端部伸入所述连接腔体内,在伸入所述连接腔体内的两个所述导电插头的端部之间设有一弹簧,所述连接腔体为由多个柔性导电材料围成的弹性连接腔体。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述连接腔体为由网格状的柔性导电材料围成的弹性连接腔体。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述连接腔体为金属导线交叉编制而成或为金属导电带扩拉而成。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述弹性连接腔体为类球形。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述连接腔体与所述导电插头通过压接或焊接方式导电连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述弹簧为压缩弹簧。
本发明还提供一种电连接装置,包含:
一连接头,所述连接头包含一中空的连接腔体,所述连接腔体相对的两侧分别连接有一与所述连接腔体导电的导电插头,所述连接腔体由多个柔性导电材料形成,所述导电插头的一端部伸入所述连接腔体内,在伸入所述连接腔体内的两个导电插头的端部之间设有一弹簧,所述导电插头为柱状导电插头或筒状导电插头,
其中,所述柱状导电插头的外表面设有一个或多个的弹簧环槽,所述弹簧环槽内设有可分离的环形的导电簧;所述筒状导电插头的内表面上设有一个或多个的弹簧环槽,所述弹簧环槽内设有可分离的环形的导电簧。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述柱状导电插头外壁或筒状导电插头内壁上还设有一个或多个密封环槽,所述密封环槽位于所述弹簧环槽和所述连接腔体之间,所述的密封环槽内设有可分离的密封胶圈。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述电连接装置还包括一对连接座,所述连接座位于所述连接头的两侧,所述连接座包含座体,所述座体设有座腔或凸柱,
其中,所述座腔具有容纳所述柱状导电插头插入的空间,所述座腔与所述导电插头外表面的导电簧接触;所述凸柱插入所述筒状导电插头的筒内,与其内壁的导电簧接触。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述导电插头为具有导电功能的金属柱体。
本发明所能达到的技术效果如下:
1、本发明采用柔性导电材料制成的网格状的连接腔体,使用时,该连接腔体可拉长或压缩以及径向扭转,可适应不同电连接座之间轴向、径向等各个角度的相对位移变化,避免因相对位移的变化而导致电连接性能变差。
2、本发明在导电插头的上设有环形导电簧,进一步提高连接头与连接座之间电连接效果,提高导电性能。
3、本发明的电连接装置可用于剧烈晃动条件下两插座之间的电连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1至图6所示,本发明的一个实施方式中的电连接装置1包含一连接头2和一对连接座4。该连接头2包含一中空的连接腔体21,该连接腔体21内设有一弹簧23,该弹簧23优选为鼓状的压缩弹簧。
该连接腔体21相对的两侧分别设有一柱状导电插头22。该柱状导电插头22的一端223伸入该连接腔体21内,弹簧23的两端分别与伸入连接腔体21内的两个导电插头22的端部223连接。另外,连接腔体21为铜线编制而成的网格状结构,连接腔体21与导电插头22通过压接或焊接连接。在其它实施方式中,铜线也可用其它具有导电功能的金属导线、导带代替,该连接腔体21也可采用金属导电带扩拉形成,该导电插头22为具有导电功能的金属柱体,如铜柱。
该导电插头22外表面上设有一由环形的密封环槽221组成的密封环槽阵列和一由环形的弹簧环槽222组成的弹簧环槽阵列,密封环槽221位于弹簧环槽222与连接腔体21之间,该密封环槽221内分别设有一可分离的密封胶圈5,该弹簧环槽222内分别设有一可分离的环形的导电簧3。该导电簧3为镀银弹簧,以提供其导电性。该密封胶圈5用于保护导电簧3。该密封环槽221和弹簧环槽222的数量可以随意增减,以满足不同的电连接要求。
该连接座4位于该连接头2的两侧,该连接座4包含一圆柱状的座体40,该座体40内设有一圆筒状的座腔41,该座腔41具有容纳导电插头22插入的空间,并与导电插头22外表面的导电簧接触,从而在连接座与导电插头22之间形成电连接。
使用时,如图7所示,直接将连接头2两端的导电插头22插入到对应的连接座4的座腔41内即可,此时,导电簧3和密封胶圈5的外壁紧贴座腔41的内壁,由此,为不同的连接座之间提供可靠性的电连接和密封连接。
本发明的另一个实施方式中,采用圆筒状导电插头代替上述实施方式中的柱状导电插头,如图8所示,导电插头220为圆筒状,该圆筒状导电插头220的内壁上设有弹簧环槽和密封环槽,导电簧和密封胶圈分别通过弹簧环槽和密封环槽设于该圆筒状导电插头220的内壁上,连接座座体400上设有凸柱401,该凸柱401插入导电插头220的筒内,此时凸柱401的外壁紧贴圆筒状导电插头220内壁上的导电簧和密封胶圈,由此,在连接座与连接头之间形成了良好的电连接。
本发明的电连接装置适合在小空间内安装,安装时可拉长或压缩,安装方便,安装后能实现360°随动、偏移和压缩,可实现无螺栓的电连接,可靠性好。由于连接腔体为铜线编制而成,质地软且导电性好,特别适合苛刻工矿条件下两插座间的电连接。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接装置,其特征在于,包含:
一连接头,所述连接头包含一中空的连接腔体,所述连接腔体相对的两侧分别连接有一与所述连接腔体导电的导电插头,所述连接腔体由多个柔性导电材料形成,所述导电插头的一端部伸入所述连接腔体内,在伸入所述连接腔体内的两个所述导电插头的端部之间设有一弹簧,所述连接腔体为由多个柔性导电材料围成的弹性连接腔体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接腔体为由网格状的柔性导电材料围成的弹性连接腔体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接腔体为金属导线交叉编制而成或为金属导电带扩拉而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述弹性连接腔体为类球形。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接腔体与所述导电插头通过压接或焊接方式导电连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧为压缩弹簧。
7.一种电连接装置,其特征在于,包含:
一连接头,所述连接头包含一中空的连接腔体,所述连接腔体相对的两侧分别连接有一与所述连接腔体导电的导电插头,所述连接腔体由多个柔性导电材料形成,所述导电插头的一端部伸入所述连接腔体内,在伸入所述连接腔体内的两个导电插头的端部之间设有一弹簧,所述导电插头为柱状导电插头或筒状导电插头,
其中,所述柱状导电插头的外表面设有一个或多个的弹簧环槽,所述弹簧环槽内设有可分离的环形的导电簧;所述筒状导电插头的内表面上设有一个或多个的弹簧环槽,所述弹簧环槽内设有可分离的环形的导电簧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述柱状导电插头外壁或筒状导电插头内壁上还设有一个或多个密封环槽,所述密封环槽位于所述弹簧环槽和所述连接腔体之间,所述的密封环槽内设有可分离的密封胶圈。
9.根据权利要求7所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,
所述电连接装置还包括一对连接座,所述连接座位于所述连接头的两侧,所述连接座包含座体,所述座体设有座腔或凸柱,
其中,所述座腔具有容纳所述柱状导电插头插入的空间,所述座腔与所述导电插头外表面的导电簧接触;所述凸柱插入所述筒状导电插头的筒内,与其内壁的导电簧接触。
10.如权利要求7所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述导电插头为具有导电功能的金属柱体。
