Claims (16)
- 雌型電気コネクタにおいて、
電気プラグを受け入れるための貫通ボアを備えた本体であって、非導電性材料で形成された本体と、
上記本体の上記ボアの内面に形成された螺旋状の溝であって、底部を有する溝と、
上記螺旋状の溝内に位置し、上記電気プラグへの電気的接続及び上記ボア内での当該電気プラグの保持の双方を提供するように当該螺旋状の溝から突出する傾斜したコイルバネと、
上記本体上に位置する接続ラグであって、当該接続ラグを当該本体に取り付けるように当該本体内に埋設された端部を有し、上記傾斜したコイルバネと電気的接続状態にある接続ラグと、
を有することを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 上記接続ラグは、上記本体の外部へ延びるワイヤセグメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記溝がV字状の底部を備えた溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記傾斜したコイルバネが軸方向の傾斜したコイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記傾斜したコイルバネが半径方向の傾斜したコイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記溝が平坦な底部を備えた溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記バネが軸方向の傾斜したコイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記バネが半径方向の傾斜したコイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記溝がテーパ状の底部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記バネが軸方向の傾斜したコイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記バネが半径方向の傾斜したコイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記接続ラグが上記本体の端部上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記接続ラグは、上記傾斜したコイルバネに溶接されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記傾斜したコイルバネは、上記電気的プラグへの挿入及び保持力を生み出すように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記傾斜したコイルバネは、上記接続ラグに溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 電気プラグへの電気的接続を提供する方法であって、雌型電気コネクタを提供する工程を有する方法において、
上記コネクタが、
電気プラグを受け入れるための貫通ボアを備えた本体であって、非導電性材料で形成された本体と、
上記ボアの内面に形成された螺旋状の溝と、
上記螺旋状の溝内に位置し、上記電気プラグへの電気的接続及び上記ボア内での当該電気プラグの保持の双方を提供するように当該螺旋状の溝から突出する傾斜したコイルバネと、
上記本体上に位置する接続ラグであって、当該接続ラグを当該本体に取り付けるように当該本体内に埋設された端部を有し、上記傾斜したコイルバネと電気的接続状態にある接続ラグと、
を有することを特徴とする方法。
