前記ヒートシンクと前記バッテリーモジュールとの熱的界面には、ルーバー構造を有する熱伝導媒介体が介されることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱伝導媒介体が、前記ヒートシンクの一面に付着される板面と、前記板面に対して予め決定された鋭角だけ斜めに突出して形成される複数のルーバーフィンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数のルーバーフィンが、外圧を受ければ、弾性または塑性変形を起こす物性を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝導媒介体が、10XX系列のアルミニウム合金として設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝導媒介体は、前記板面が前記ヒートシンクの一面にレーザー溶接されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数のビームフレームの一部は、中空の角形ビームフレームであり、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記角形ビームフレームの内部に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のビームフレームの一部は、I型ビームフレームであり、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記I型ビームフレームの高さを形成するカラムを基準で前記カラムの両方に形成される湾入部に装着可能に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ヒートシンクが、前記湾入部に対応する形状として設けられ、熱伝導性接着剤で接着されることで前記I型ビームフレームと一体化することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールが2×N行列に配列されるよう、前記複数のビームフレームの残りの一部は、前記トレイの中央を横切る一つのセンターフレームであり、前記I型ビームフレームは、各々前記センターフレームと交差し、前記トレイに等間隔に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 各々のヒートシンクは、中空構造であって、冷媒が流入及び流出する流入口及び流出口が一端及び他端に設けられ、前記センターフレームを貫通して前記I型ビームフレームに沿って前記トレイの上面を横切るように設置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記トレイの上部を覆うパックカバーと、前記トレイの両側面部を各々覆う二つの側面フレームと、をさらに含み、
前記二つの側面フレームは、前記ヒートシンクの流入口及び流出口と連通するように連結されるマニホールド管の形態で設けられ、冷媒の供給及び排出経路を形成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - センターフレームが、外側面に複数のホールを備えた角管の形態で設けられ、
前記センターフレームの内部には、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを直列及び並列の少なくともいずれか一つの形態で接続するコネクティングモジュールが設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
