Abstract
Description
本願は、参照により本書に組み込まれる、2017年4月10日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/483,887号の優先権を主張する。
上述した本明細書の特定の実施形態の説明は、例示と説明の目的のため提供されている。この説明は全てを網羅したものではなく、本発明を開示した厳密な形態に限定するものでもなく、上述の教示に照らして明らかに数多くの変形や変更が可能である。実施形態は、本発明の原則とその実用を最良の形で説明するものであり、これにより、当業者であれば、意図された特定の用途に適した各種変形とともに本発明および各種実施形態を最良の形で利用できる。本発明の範囲は、添付の特許請求の範囲とその均等物によって定義されることが意図されている。
Claims (20)
- 電気化学セルであって、
カソードと、
アノードと、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードと接触する電解質と、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードの一方と接触する第1集電体と、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードの他方と接触する第2集電体と、
限定的にH2ガスおよびO2ガスを透過させ、前記電気化学セルに直接設けられるまたは前記電気化学セルの周りに設けられる保護フィルムであって、前記電気化学セル内のH2ガスを前記電気化学セル外に出すことを可能とするように構成され、H2ガスのO2ガスに対する透過割合が10:1以上である保護フィルムと、
を備える電気化学セル。 - 前記電気化学セルは多価イオン電気化学セルである、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記電気化学セルの動作状態もしくは貯蔵状態において、またはそれに近い状態において、一日当たり10cc/m2超のH2ガス透過率を有する、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記電気化学セルの動作状態もしくは貯蔵状態において、またはそれに近い状態において、一日当たり20cc/m2未満のO2ガス透過率を有する、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 水分をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記電解質は、イオン性液体、金属塩、および/または水分を含む、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記保護フィルムは、ゼオライト添加物を含む、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 基板をさらに備え、前記カソードと、前記アノードと、前記電解質と、前記第1集電体および前記第2集電体とは、前記保護フィルムと前記基板との間に密閉される、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記基板は、前記第1集電体および前記第2集電体の一方と接触する金属箔を含む、請求項8に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記基板は、その上に電気絶縁体と金属箔とを有し、前記金属箔が、前記第1集電体および前記第2集電体の一方に接触する、請求項8または9に記載の電気化学セル。
- 電気化学セルであって、
カソードと、
アノードと、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードと接触する電解質と、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードの一方と接触する第1集電体と、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードの他方と接触する第2集電体と、
限定的にH2ガスおよびO2ガスを透過させ、前記電気化学セルに直接設けられるまたは前記電気化学セルの周りに設けられる保護フィルムであって、(i)単原子または移動性水素種の形成または(ii)水素または酸素の捕捉またはゲッタリングを促進する第1添加物を含む保護フィルムと、
を備える電気化学セル。 - 前記第1添加物は、水素または酸素の捕捉またはゲッタリングを促進する、請求項11に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1添加物は、被酸化性金属膜、被酸化性金属粒子、または水素が可溶な金属または金属酸化物の膜または粒子を含む、請求項11に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記保護フィルムは、一日当たり10cc/m2未満の酸素透過率を有する、請求項11に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記アノードは、(i)単原子または移動性水素種の形成または(ii)水素または酸素の捕捉またはゲッタリングを促進する第2添加物を含む、請求項11に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記保護フィルムはパッケージング層である、請求項11に記載の電気化学セル。
- 基板をさらに備え、前記カソードと、前記アノードと、前記電解質と、前記第1集電体および前記第2集電体とは前記保護フィルムと前記基板との間に密閉される、請求項11に記載の電気化学セル。
- 電気化学セルであって、
カソードと、
アノードと、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードと接触する電解質と、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードの一方と接触する第1集電体と、
前記カソードおよび前記アノードの他方と接触する第2集電体と、
限定的にH2ガスおよびO2ガスを透過させ、前記電気化学セルに直接設けられるまたは前記電気化学セルの周りに設けられる保護フィルムであって、水素からH2Oへの酸化または酸素からH2Oへの還元を促進する第1添加物を含む保護フィルムと、
を備える電気化学セル。 - 前記第1添加物は、金属膜もしくは粒子である、または金属膜もしくは粒子を含む、請求項18に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1添加物は、一日当たりセルのパッケージング領域1m2当たり9×10−4モルH2以上の割合で水素を酸化するか、一日当たりセルのパッケージング領域1m2当たり4.5×10−4モルO2以上の割合で酸素を還元する、請求項18に記載の電気化学セル。
